Sitting on the staircase and clutching my bracelet (the one that Manik gave), I was mulling over the last two days' happening ...My first date that was an awesome experience.....then we also went for lunch yesterday.... Gradually we're coming close to each other...everything feels so good..

Aiyappa I'm so lucky to have Manik in my life..Hope kisi ki nazar naa lage hamare pyar ko... No I can't say he loves me or not...He hasn't even confessed yet... But still I can say Nazar naa lage hamare dosti se more wali relation ko...😍

I felt a pat on my shoulder...I turned around to see Manik... I was about to stand when Manik lowered down and sat beside me...

"Wassup Nandini..?"

"Mmmm.. nothing you say..."

"Hmmmm....Mai tumhe dhoondh raha tha and see yaha ho tum..? "

"Kuch kaam tha kya..?"

"Haan" He said handing me an envelope

"Kya hai yeh..?"

"Khol ke dek lo"

I opened it and saw a beautiful card that read - "Dear Miss Nandini Murthy you're cordially invited to the Diwali party at Malhotra Mansion tonight at 8pm"

It was a handwritten invitation.. I guess designed by Manik himself

"Yeh party tumare ghar pe..?"

"Hmmm..mere ghar pe.."

"Yeh card..?"

"Wese toh sab printed tha..But I made this just for you..." (How romantic isn't it?)

"Wow Manik..your handwriting is so cool...Thank you itna pyara sa invitation card dene k liye..."

"My pleasure Nandini...So be there at the right time..Will wait for you..."

"Sure Manik.. I'll be there on time..."

We both got up and I was about to leave when he pinned me to the wall...

"Manik kya kar rahe ho...?"

"Hmmm kuch bhi nahi..." He said continuing his sweet torture upon me with his hands

"Manik..yeh staircase hai koi bhi aa jayega..."

"Yaha koi nahi aane wala..." He tucked in a hair behind my ear...

"Manik...."

"Ssshhhhh"

He was coming too close fanning my face with his warm breath... As usual his eyes were nearing my lips and his hand was playing with my hair...

We were half an inch apart when a strong animated cough put us off guard...

"Manik.. don't you think you both need a bedroom..." Cabir started and my eyes bulged out of my socket.. 😨 ( Cabir and his one liners do you all love it?) 😆

"Wow... No Cabir we don't need a bedroom..You know we're comfortable with this " Manik said with an annoying face and I glared at him...

Before the situation could turn more embarrassing I left... leaving behind the two brothers in a friendly fight...
