Palette P.O.V
I keep on running, forget about a fact that I was holding a basin containing water inside. My feet keep carry on until I bump into someone and we both fall down. I hear that person hissing and a "Tch" coming after. I look up to see who it was, turns out to be another skeleton but with a crack through his right eye that being cover by an eyepatch and there's a little crown on his head and.... he is soaking wet. Oh no!
"I-I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking!"- I said
"Don't blame yourself... I'm supposed to be the one who sorry"- he said as he gets up,"I was so deep in thought that I didn't see you coming". He said, helps me get up, also
"But I get you-"- I being cut off by him
"No, it's ok, just in time I get ready to shower so don't mind about it"- he said still with his soft voice, but his face is....so emotionless.... But wait, he said he gonna go to shower, right? Which mean!
"So you know where the bathroom is, right?"- I ask, makes he jumps a little
"Oh, of course I do. I have been here long enough to know where it is"- he said
"Thank goodness, I was looking for it everywhere"- I lied, but at least I know now
"Really? Well then, I can take you there"- he said
"Are you saying that for real?"- I ask. He nods
"Oh, don't forget your bucket anyway"- he said
"Y-yes, t-thank you so much!"- I said as I turn to see the mess I just made,"Ummm, what about this mess over here?"- I said, pointed at it
"No need to worry about it, there will be someone clean it up soon. For now, this way"- he said as he started to walk, I follow after him
"Ummm, don't you suppose to go faster?"- I ask after a few moments of silent and seeing how "fast" he is walking
"May I ask why?"- he questions me back
"Because you are soaking wet in cold water and...."- I pause for a moment
"And?"- he said
"And you're going to catch a cold if you don't shower with warm water"- I said
"....You worry too much, ummm, may I ask for your name?"- he asks
"My name is Palette"- I answer
"Oh ok, you worry too much, Palette"- he said, still keeping his slow walking pace. I caused him to be like this, there's no way I'll let him like that. And he's also a Royal, too, so if he catch a cold, and because of me! I'll be in trouble, BIG trouble!
"I'm sorry but can you hold this?"- I ask as I hand him the basin
"Uh, um, sure?"- he takes it from my hand with a confusing look, I go behind him
"I'm so sorry, but I don't want you to get sick because of me"- I said as I push him to make him go faster
"Woah! Please don't push me! I cannot walk that fast!"- he said
"I'm afraid that I have to ignore your request, Mr..."- I try to finish my sentence
"Scary, just Scary"- he added
"Ok Scary, my word still stand by the way"- I said, continue pushing him
"Uh...uh, Palette, t-turn right, turn right! T-that's where the bathroom is"- he said, struggling with his steps, but that's not gonna stop me from what am I doing. I turn as he said so and finally, we reached to our destination. Scary was panting hard
"Palette, you really want to kill me, don't cha?"- he ask between his breath
"But at least you won't get sick"- I said. He stays quite for a while and sighs in defeat
"Fine, here!"- he said as he gives me back the basin,"Thanks for worrying then, now go in there and do what you must do"
I take it and smile at him
"No, I should be thanks you instead"- I said
"It's nothing, really. Oh and next time, please don't push me like this again, I cannot use to walking very fast"- Scary said, rubbing the back of his skull
"Sure thing, Scary!"- I giggled
"Well then, see you, someday, maybe..."- he said as he waves at me
"See you"- I said and wave back at him, we both go inside but part away quickly afterward
Scary P.O.V
I take a look at that skeleton named Palette who is heading to the sink, fill in water. Palette huh? Sound oddly familiar to me, but whoever that Palette is, he shouldn't be a bug in my "plan", because if he does, I'll crush him until he DUST!
