What an interesting day to be liberated from that hospital.

After a week of being hospitalized, I got to feel that welcoming embrace from someone who "cares" for me all over again. Although the staff didn't actually cared, they just pretended to do so... at least it brought back that sensation. Back home, I had to eat even the smallest pudding to sustain my stomach for the night. The bed wasn't as comfortable since it was getting really worn off.

"Nurse Ann, can you please help me with discharge?" One of the fellow nurses asked the other. High heels clicked against the marbled floor and in came a red haired woman with a black nurse suit.

How strange. I did not know a nurse could wear a black uniform. And since when were high heels tolerated for nurses? Should they not be wearing crocks or shoes?

"So you were assigned to take her to a private boarding school that her mother registered her in?" I heard the woman next to me say.

"Yes. I have to escort her into the van. Her mother hasn't been responding to anyone's calls because of her occupation on transferring her daughter to the boarding school. I'm not very well aware of her family and their past records, but from the looks of it, she has been struggling in poverty and she takes collage courses after school".

Collage courses after school? I have never taken them.

Somehow when I tried to open my mouth, I couldn't. As if I had my lips stitched together without the slightest gap in between the threads, I couldn't even get out a muffle. Yet, nothing was keeping my mouth shut. Could it be due to the state that I am in?

No. It can't be. Something unordinary is going on and I need to find out what it is.

Inside my body, my heart is thumping fast. Even though I forgot how to breath, I was still normal on the outside and I wasn't capable of panicking because of this strangeness holding me back from acting on my own.

"Well Ms. Fernie, all you have to do is sign these paper works and this young lovely nurse will take you to your boarding school", She gestured her hand to the red haired nurse.

When I was about to question her about about my boarding school, I had still lost control of myself. "Thank you for your help" I said. My hands got ahold of the paper and pen she handed to me and they instantly signed the paper works before they gave them back to her.

"Okay Nurse Ann, you're free to take her", She nodded to her fellow staff member. But as soon as we were approaching the electric doors, she hollered, "WAIT! I almost forgot something!"

I swear, when I turned my head back to look at what she was going to get, I curiously looked up first and saw a flash of red cross Nurse Ann's eyes. It slowly swirled away as her shoulder's tensed down.

"Relax...", she looked at me from the corner of her eyes, speaking behind her black mask. "I'm not like him".
