Chapter Three

Phoebe walked over to the main cabin and saw Mike standing by the front door looking quite handsome in the evening light. She walked over to him and slipped her arm through his.

" Well don't you look stunning!" He commented.

" Your not looking too bad yourself." She said giggling.

" Ready to go?" He said in his deep voice.

" Yes." He grabbed her hand and led her along the trail.

Once they were in the woods Mike pulled out a flash light, though it was not very dark the canopy make it dark enough that you couldn't see the rocks and roots. They walked a little further till they reached the cliff, it was such a beautiful sight that Phoebe stood in awe, you could see the sun sinking down behind the mountains. All of a sudden Mike grabbed her wrist and twisted it behind her back and up causing a horrible pain to shoot through her shoulder and arm, she cried out in pain and Mike whispered a quick 'sorry' before tying her hands up.

Phoebe ripped her hands from his grasp and kneed him where the sun don't shine, she then struggled to rip her hands from the make-shift cuffs. While she was struggling she could head Mike grunting trying to get up and when he did he kicked her in the back causing her to fall flat on her face with out being able to stop or slow herself down.

She was so relived when she felt the rope around her wrist slip down her palms, she thought fast and swung around to where Mike was straddling her, she smacked/punched him and he groaned out in pain. She jumped to her feet ready to strike again when he kicked her feet out from underneath her, he fell back with a thunk then he punched her multiple times in the face; she could already feel the bruising and swelling happening; she was slowly drifting in and out of consciousness when he rolled her over to the edge she tried to grab it and hold on but she hurt to much so she just fell out of consciousness while she was falling over.
