The baby

Your POV
It's been two months. The baby will be here any day.

"Don't leave this house" Daryl said.

"I can walk"

"Only if you are with someone. Now you keep your self and this little one-" he touched my stomach "safe"

"I will. I love you" I kissed him

"Love you too" he walked away.  

Maggie walked up "you excited for this baby?"

"Yea I can't wait to hold her in my arms. See Daryl hold her. Watch her grow up"

"Can I hold her after she's born?"

"Yes"

"Thank you" she gently hugged me "guess what?"

"Your pregnant?"

"How?"

"Because these days people don't have many surprises"

"It's more of a sad surprise then a happy one these days though"

"You'll be fine"

"I know"

"Ok" I felt water and grabbed my stomach

"Did your water just brake!?"

"I think so" Maggie and I walked to the makeshift doctors office.

"Her water broke" Maggie said.

~a few hours later~

Daryl POv.
Aaron and I were getting in the cars to leave.

"I know you don't want to be far from her" Aaron said "but we have to go see if we can find people"

"Yea, and if what she goes into labor?"

"Then you can stay. Make sure that your Here for her"

"Thank you Aaron. I'm sure someone else can go with you?"

"Or just postpone the run. We've got the resources, and more then enough people for now"

"Thank you Aaron" I ran to the house to find To find y/n not there. I looked for her and found some water. Then I ran to the makeshift doctor office. I found a sleeping Y/N, a Maggie and and Glenn talking, and the sound of a crying baby.

"Where's the baby?" I asked Maggie. She turned towards me and was holding the little girl.

"What's her name?" Maggie said as she handed me her

"Georgia" I smiled

"She looks like you" Maggie and y/n said together. I turned to y/n

"She has your nose"

"Other then that, looks like you." She said weakly "thought you were on a run"

"Aaron said we'll postpone the run so I could be her if you went into labor."

"Well. You get to meet Georgia at least"

"Maggie why does she sound weak?"

"Y/N had to have a c section. But she's fine. That and she just gave birth"

"Oh. Ok" I sat one chair next to y/n

"Isn't she beautiful?"

"Yes. But look at who her mother is" I kissed y/n

"Ok get a room you two" Glenn said. I glared at him.

"Shut up Glenn" y/n said and kept kissing me. Then the baby started to cry again

"I didn't do it" I said

"Let me see her Daryl" I handed Georgia to Y/N. "she's hungry and needs to be changed"

Glenn and Maggie walked out

"want me to leave?" I asked

"It's fine" she started to breastfeed the baby "we'll probably switch her to a bottle in a few weeks, that way you can help with feeding, and if we end up running, we don't have to worry about finding somewhere away from everyone"

"Ok. Do you need me to get anything for you or the baby?"

"A diaper" she pointed to a box "and a wipe , which should be in that box"

I walked over and grabbed what she asked, then walked back. "Here you go"

"Your changing her"

"Ughhhhh fine" she handed me the baby and I changed her. When I turned back she was sleeping. I sat In The chair.

~a few days later~

Your POV
We were finally home. Maggie and Glenn set up a Crib for Georgia.

Georgia started crying "you get to feed her" I handed him a bottle. We decided to put her on a bottle earlier. Daryl was feeding her and he look amazing being a father. He was kinda rocking her too. "I knew you would look sexy holding her, being an amazing father"
"Heh. She's so tiny"

"In your arms. In mine she feels like the size Judith was"

"She was tiny then too, but not nearly as cute as Georgia here. Looks I much like her beautiful mother"

"More like you"

"Whatever you say" we laid Georgia in the crib and she fell asleep.

We laid in bed and I fell asleep in Daryl's arms

Daryl POV
It's been 20 minutes since y/n fell asleep, but she wasn't breathing. I went outside the house and found Glenn and Maggie 

"Thought you three were gonna-" Glenn started

I interrupted "y/n isn't breathing. She fell asleep and isn't breathing"

"How long?"

"3 minutes " Maggie took of to the house and I followed behind her and Glenn.

After Maggie had preformed cpr, y/n still hadn't woke up. Maggie and Glenn stepped back and I sat by Y/N. we knew what was gonna happen next  

~a few hours later~

Y/n came back as a walker. Just as we suspected. I put her down myself. It was light out at This point, so we went to where we were burying bodies. I dug a whole and carefully laid her down, with the help of Maggie and Glenn. People were walking by, a few stopped. Mainly our group, but some alexandrians stopped too. We said our good byes and I placed a stake for her. She will be missed but Georgia and I love her.  We all went to our homes and I sat there for many days. Aaron never offered to take me on a run again. Georgia grew up, and every day, we went to y/n's grave.

That is the end everyone. It wasn't a good ending, but the baby lived. Georgia grew up to look more like you, but with daryl's hair and eyes. She had 2 relationships by the time she was 15, one being Judith, one being the son of Maggie and Glenn, whom she's been with from the age of 15, then she got pregnant, but lost the baby, but the baby, it was Carl's, but this was after the apacalypes ended.

I'm sorry about the chapters being pretty bad, started getting writers block towards the end, because I have issues with putting all my creativity I tot he first few chapters. I hope you enjoyed.
