He was standing in a corner wearing a sweet duchenne smile on his proud canvas, eyes were filled with brimful joy as he intently watched his daughter walking towards the stage. His daughter projected a beguiling smile back at him upon receiving copious of awards. There he finally shed a tear of a truest bliss while his heart throbbing in an excruciating pain relentlessly yet it was completely concealed with a single smile of a simple loving parent.
Thud...thud...thud...
He was shaking terribly but still smiling, pretending like he doesn't feel anything...his sight began to blur but still smiling, pretending like he could clearly see something...his groggy body and pale face gave up landing on a cold hard ground but still smiling...
With an open teary eyes but still smiling...
