Laxus took his time in the forest. He wanted to make sure Mira made it back safely. But, it was strange to see a flare burst in the sky out of nowhere.Mira didn't seem to notice as she blissfully sneaked back into the gate. As long as she was safe, he could go investigate.
He ventured deeper and deeper into the forest until stumbling upon a strange cube. He was sure it didn't cause the flare for so reason.
"You too Laxus? It's like all the Dragonslayers are out today."
The blonde frowned at the voice.
A devoted follower of José. He didn't know his name but knew enough not to trust him.
"Both you and Gajeel showed up today. What's the deal?"
"Why's it any of your business? I don't give a damn about what he does or doesn't do."
The man growled in annoyance. Laxus glared down at him.
"Got a problem with that?"
The lackey knew better than to start a fight with the lightning dragonslayer. He couldn't afford to ruin Master José's plan.
"Not at all..."
Laxus huffed.
"That's what I thought."
He then shuffles away, heading back towards Hell's domain. As suspicious as the man was, the blonde decided to ignore it. All of José's snitches were sketchy.
What he didn't know was all out war was bound to begin.
***
José grinned as the man left. His suspicions were true.
The Oracle was up to something.
When he had recommended Robin to become the Orcale, he had done it so he could use her to take over Heaven and finally be rid of Makarov.
He had no idea how the role changed her.
The angel hating tendencies she used to have no longer existed. Her love for violence vanished.
It was as if being in the angels's presence distorted her old self.
But now...
Now, he had everything.
All the cards were falling into place. He finally had what he needed to regain control.
No longer would he sit and play friends with those foolish angels.
"Juvia, call the Oracle for me. I must discuss something with her."
"Juvia will do so."
The grin on his lips grew as he awaited her. The creepy grin only increased once Robin walked in.
Right away, she could tell something was amiss.
"Let's talk Oracle."

The iron dragonslayer turned to the grim faced Laxus.
"Yeah?"
"Dragonslayer meeting. Now."
"Huh? Why?"
Laxus looked left then right before leaning towards him.
