The hair was photoshopped on her head, and it was definitely fun grabbing it from its original photo. :D. I desaturated the skyline to better fit the overall design. I kept the title white (and added a lightning bolt in the T). That way, it can stand out from the rest of the design elements in the hierarchy. After all, the title is one of the most important pieces in a cover.
