Dean's POV

I woke up to Sam coughing, so I rolled over to check the time. Pressing the button to the smartphone, the brightness blinded me for a second. I shut them just to open them again. I check the time. The bright numbers displayed on the screen read 3:36. I sigh, knowing I won't be sleeping anymore, and get up out of the nest I built while sleeping.

I check on Sam while I move to the bathroom. He still has a fever, but it went down slightly. I stretch as I continue my way to the bathroom. I quickly change and shave, since I haven't in a week. I check myself in the mirror while racking my hand through the slightly longer stands of hair than I usually have it, I decide that I look okay and leave.

General POV

It was around 5 o'clock when Sam finally stirred. He placed his hand on his stomach as soon he woke. The pain in his stomach made him groan. Dean was alerted of the noise and looked up from the computer. He got up after shutting the screen and walked to him with medicine.

"Hey, Sammy. Are you feeling any better?"

Sam shook his head and turned away from Dean. Dean sat on the bed beside Sam and placed a hand on his shoulder. Sam looked over at him before turning back away from him. Dean rolled Sam to face him and helped the small child sit up. Sam drank the medicine Dean handed him and laid back down.

"Do you want to eat?" Dean asked. Sam shook his head no.

Dean nodded and got up. He put up the medicine cup in the sink and grabbed the bag that had Sam's clothing. Dean had everything packed up because Dean called Bobby for help at 4 this morning for help. Bobby told Dean to come on by, so that is what Dean is going to do.

Dean grabbed Sam's bag and slung it over his shoulder. He then walked over to Sam and slowly picked him up. Sam moved to get more comfortable as Dean walked out of the room. Dean checked the place one more time before he closed the door.

He strapped Sam in with a trash can by his feet as Dean began driving, leaving Meridian, Mississippi in the rear view mirror.

*After seeing how many views, I decided to update. Yes this took forever, but I finally came up with an Idea. I have a question. How do you honstly like what is going on in this so far?
