Imagine you have feelings for him, but he doesn't know
You and Klaus have been friends for quite some time now and you have unintentionally developed feelings for him. He's constantly on your mind even though you know he doesn't have feelings for you. Today, you were going to meet him at the Grill for lunch.
You walked in and saw Klaus flirting with some woman, jealousy instantly hit you. You rolled your eyes and walked to the bar. After ordering yourself a drink, you make your way to Klaus, except he doesn't even notice you. You tap him on the shoulder, only for him to tell you to go away. You walk away quickly and grab a seat at the bar. The door opens and you see Damon Salvatore walk in and make his way to the bar.
"Y/N, fancy seeing you here, why do you look so sad?"
You ignore him because you were too busy starting a Klaus and the mystery woman.
"Ahh, I see your jealous of the girl."
"Wha-, no I'm not!"
"Am to."
"Am not."
"Why don't you just tell him you like him?"
"Because he definitely doesn't feel the same way and it could ruin our friendship."
"How do you know he doesn't feel the same?"
"Do you see him right now? He's trying to get in her pants."
"Maybe he's just trying to make you jealous."
"I doubt it."
"We could make him jealous too."
"What do you mea-..."
Before you knew it, Damon's lips were pressing against yours. You quickly moved your head after realizing what had just happened. You see Klaus look over your way and a flash of anger took over his face. He started to walk in your direction.
"Y/N, why were you kissing him of all people?"
"Because I wanted to, it's not like you care anyways."
"Why would you say that?"
"You were too busy talking to that girl."
"Is somebody a little jealous?"
"Of her, god no."
"Ok, then I'm going to go back to her."
"Fine."
As he was walking away, you got up, grabbed his wrist and kissed him.
"Wow, Y/N, what was that for?"
Your face became red, you knew it, he didn't like you back. Your eyes started to tear so you began to walk away.
"Y/N where are you going?"
"Home, I made a mistake."
"No you didn't, I did, I was too busy with the girl,while I could have been with you. I love you and I have for a while. I thought if I distracted myself you wouldn't always be on my mind. No matter what I do, you are all I think about."
"Really?"
"Of course, now come here and kiss me."
