You were in a regular boring meeting. England, France, and America were in an argument like always. Greece was sleeping, Germany was fussing, and of course N. Italy was shouting pasta.

You were hoping that the meeting was going to go by peacefully, but no America had to start something by mentioning he was a hero. You sighed and pushed you (h/l) (h/c) hair behind your ear.

You silently hoped that this would end rather early so that you could get what you needed to get done. To pass time by you stuck your headphones in your ear and began to listen to (f/s). In the end you ended up falling asleep and didn't wake up until the meeting was over.

"(Y/N)!" You heard someone yell as your headphones came out your ear. You rub your eyes and looked up at the person who yelled your name, of course it had to be America. "Yo dudette wanna go get some hamburgers with me" he asked.

You gave him a small smile and shook your head. You appreciated the offer, but you were still a new country and there were things that still needed to get taken care of.

"Finally! All those papers are filled out" you said as you let out and yawn and stretched. That took longer than you expected. Completely exhausted from the paperwork you walked out your office and went downstairs to your couch.

As soon as you were getting ready to collapse your door bell ranged. "Perfect way to ruin my relaxation" you mumbled as you walked over to the door and swung it open, only to reveal a surprised Britain.

Soon your tried expression turned into a happy one. "Hey Arthur" you said smiling. "Hello, love" he replied. Whenever he said love it always made you melt. You may have developed a crush on a certain Brit.

He was your best friend, but because of the overloading work you never got a chance to hang it with him. "Do you mind if I come in?" He asked. You shook your head and may way for Arthur to come into your house. You shut the door behind you and began to walk over to the kitchen. "I'll go get us some snacks and drinks, be right back" you said.

You made two cups of Earl Grey tea since you knew that they were his favorite. Then you carried a plate of cookies to where he is currently sitting. You took a seat next to him and began to nibble on the cookie.

"You know I could always help you with your paperwork whenever your tried love" he offered. You looked at him and smiled. "Thanks Arthur, I appreciate the offer, but I have to learn how to do this on my own or else I'll become too dependent on others I hope you understand" you said.

He gave you a smile and slowly leaned in and placed his lips on yours. Before you could react he pulled away with a huge blush on his face. "I'm glad your such a strong girl (Y/N), we should go on a date sometime whenever your free" he said as he kissed your hand and left your house.

Let's just say your face was redder than Spain's Tomatoes.
