Bad Lucks vs Good Lucks

"Amou!" Hammy yelled in frustration, as her stack of books fell.

"Hammy, are you okay?" Lucky asked.

"I'm fine. Just having bad lucks." Hammy grumbled. Lucky walked over and helped her pick the books up.

"Well, that's not right. You must have some good lucks." Lucky joked.

Flashbacks

Hammy was walking down the street after her mission. She was wearing her new pair of shoes, walking happily until she stepped into the mud puddle.

"Nani? Ew..." Hammy said in disgust. As she started to hear thunder and rain suddenly poured down.

"You gotta be kidding! It was sunny just a moment a go." She shouted, as she started running, finding a place to shelter. But she accidentally tripped over a pebble as she ran, she fell down.

"Ouch!" She muttered. 'I hate today. Why am I so unlucky?'

End of flashbacks

"You see?" Hammy grumbled as she told Lucky her story. Lucky was laughing but he stopped until he received a death glare from Hammy.

"You think it's funny?" Hammy declared.

"No. Of course not." Lucky gulped down.

"Well, tomorrow might be different." Lucky suggested, as the silent passed between them.

"You think so? I had been weeks and I'm still getting bad luck." Hammy reasoned.

"Well I.." Lucky started but got interrupted.

"I'm always lucky like you Lucky. So stop with your motivation and laugh behind my back." Hammy shouted and ran out of the room.

Again, she tripped at the staircase, luckily Lucky caught her in time.

"Hey. hey. I'm sorry okay. But you see, you didn't fall." Lucky said. As Hammy stood up, and wiped the tears in her eyes.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell.' Hammy cried, "it's just that..."

Lucky pulled Hammy into a warm hug, "I'll share my lucks with you. And you won't have any bad lucks. If there is bad luck, I'll take it from you and let you always have good luck." Lucky said.

Hammy leans her head against Lucky's shoulder, and slowly hugged him tighter.

"Arigato." She muttered. Lucky silently smiled.
