We quietly walked upstairs and opened the door to Kruze's room. We tiptoed over to his bed and Grace smiled at me. Then she whispered something about a dinosaur in Kruze's ear, and he popped right up and said,"I'll get it!"Grace giggled and I just went with it."Where is it?"Kruze asked."Downstairs," Grace replied. Kruze ran downstairs and Grace and I walked out of his room." Now it's time for dad,"Grace giggled."Wasn't he supposed to have work today?"I asked. Grace shrugged and opened the door to our parents room. We walked into the dark room and saw a lump under the blanket on the bed. I can tell why mom's always up so early. He's such a blanket hog! We looked at him and Grace said out loud for him to hear,"Well I guess we're going to have to remove the walls..."She expected him to wake up. He was always one of those people who wouldn't wake up for anything. Grace said it again but much louder this time. Still nothing. Grace walked over and removed the blanket. I looked at her face as she removed it. She was shocked. I looked at my pale, lifeless father laying on the bed. Grace screamed and I ran downstairs."Call an ambulance!" I yelled." What happened?" Mom asked."Dad's dead," I answered.
