2 - Serum

((Jack's POV))

I groan and crack open my eyes, blinded by the light above me. I cough, hearing a hissing sound echo around the room; some kind of gas? 

I hear another cough, followed by others, and look beside me, seeing my friends all strapped to metal tables, myself included, each with a large machine attached to us by a single clear tube connected to our necks. We're in a large white room, with one wall made entirely of glass apart from a door off to the side. Through the glass stands men in armed uniform with guns, staring us down. 

Signe opens her eyes and looks around, facing me with tear filled eyes. "S-Sean....?"

I tug at my restrains, desperate to hold her in my arms and wipe away her tears, but to no avail. I sigh and look into her eyes. "D-Don't worry, everything is gonna be alright-"

"Oh, I wouldn't be too sure about that..." A male voice echoes through an intercom within the room.

"W-Who are you people?!" Felix cries out, grinding his teeth.

"We are a top secret agency working for the government over at Area 51. Heard of it?"

"Of course I have, dickhead!!!" Felix bellows, growling slightly.

"Woah, calm down boy!" The voice laughs. "But we know all about you six..."

"W-What does the government want with us???" Mark asks, shaking slightly.

"We plan to turn you all into something beautiful." The voice replies, an obvious grin plastered on his face. "We will start with the serum."

"S-Serum...?" Mark mumbles. As he says that, a loud hum comes from the machines behind our heads. A strange liquid is pumped out of the machine and through the tubes, a different colour for each person. 

I can only watch in horror as each one of my friends is injected with this chemical, and I soon feel it enter into mine.I wince in pain and clench my eyes shut, it's sharp sting spreading from my neck and through my body. 

I slowly open my eyes, breathing heavily as I look over at Signe. She's choking on her tears, sobbing as the last of the chemical is sent into her. She closes her eyes and screams. "Why are you doing this?!?!"

"Simple, my dear. We plan to use you all as biological weapons in war." The voice says, his voice echoing through my ears as it bounces off the walls.

"W-Weapons?!" I cry out. "We'll never fight!! Why would you think we would?!"

"Because after the change, you wont have a choice."

"W-What change?!" Amy asks, her voice raised. "W-What are you gonna do to us?!"

  The voice is silent for a moment before answering. "Turn you into creatures with unfathomable magical power...Supernaturals."

Felix bursts into laughter. "Y-YOU GUYS ARE CRAZY!! There's no such thing as magical creatures, dipshit!"

The voice chuckles deeply, causing Felix's face to fall. "Oh really, Felix? Well, looks like you'll be our first subject."

The door opens, and the armed men rush in, unhooking Felix from the machine and wheeling him out of the room. "S-STOP!! MARZIA!!!" Felix screams as they wheel him out of view.
