Kara: I uh we made a trade it was her for the cure she's the one who wanted to leave I told her that that can take me but she insisted because she could find our father,I'm sorry but well her get back.
J'onn : ugh I don't like this but I know how stubborn she can be and she can hold her own until we get her,I'll go get this to mon el and you start tracking her Down.
Kara: right away.
30 minutes later
Winn: hey I think I found her!
Kara: what do you mean you think?
Winn: well it's not her tracker but it's a location of where they are and I'm guessing if they're there then she should be there to?
Kara: uh yeah right thanks Winn.
J'onn: alright let's go get our girl.
At the location
Alex: they will find me and once they do you will be in a world of hurt!
Lilian: they can find you all they want but they won't be leaving with you..well not alive at least.
Alex: what's that supposed to mean?
Lilian: well it means if they want to back so badly then they will have to drag your lifeless body out if here because we made a trade you work for me he lives.
Alex:they won't let you kill me.

Lilian: not so fast...like I said Alex if they want to take you it well have to be dead.
Kara stands in front of Alex.
Kara: over my dead body.
Lilian: ohh silly girl you really think we would just shoot her and be done no,we but poison in her and with a click of a button it will run through her veins until well you know she dies.
Alex: oh my god...
Kara: you will be fine okay we will get this out if you I am not going to let you die.
Lilian: well if you don't want her to die then leave her here and we can go our separate ways.
Kara: no she is my sister I can't just leave her here you'll ruin her.
Lilian: you killed my daughter,you don't even deserve Alex she should already be dead!
Kara: don't you think I know that? I wish I can go back in time but I can't...(wait I can't but Barry!) wait I can get your daughter back!
Lilian: and how is that?
Kara: I know a friend that can go back in time to that day and save her just give one day and I fix this all.
Lilian: fine one day and if not then she's mine for good.
Kara: deal.
