"See? I have my own boat to catch." Jack looked deep into my eyes "Go Rose."
I climbed into the life boat and they lowered it immediately. As I got closer to safety, I got further away from Jack.
I only knew him for 3 days, but it feels like I've known him longer.
I never took my eyes off of him, but soon we were so far away from titanic that I could no longer see him, and I knew..that was the last time I will ever see him.
We sat in the boats for hours listening to the cries for help coming from the frigid water, those voices soon stopped.
We eventually saw another ship, the captain let us board ansld agreed to take us to new York.
I avoided Cal and my mother as best I could. It wasn't easy, they knew I would be on 3rd class but I didn't leave.
A man cam around asking for names.
"Dawson, Rose Dawson." I told him. I won't let go.
