I woke up as content as I've ever been in my whole life.
Waking up beside Jack everyday is wonderful, I could see myself spending the rest of my life with him.
"Mornin." Jack mumbled, rolling over to look at me
"Good morning, you hungry?" I asked
"Starved."
I kissed his cheek, got out of bed and went to the kitchen and started making his favorite, waffles with whipped cream and strawberries.
I was almost finished when Jack came up behind me and started kissing my neck.
"Jack...That tickles."
"What do you mean?" He asked inocently
"ok, Do you want food right now, or me?" I asked turning around to face him
"Is this a trick question? Because I love you but I'm really hungry right now and....."
"Jack! It's just a question." I told him
"Oh ok, then Food!"
I laughed, then set the table.
We finished eating our waffles and I was about to clear the table when Jack pulled me on to his lap and started were he left off back in the kitchen.
"Rose, I love yo....." Jack was interupted by someone knocking on the door. "I'll get it, don't go anywere."
"Jack! were's Rose??" Molly said quickly
"I'm here Molly, what's wrong?" I asked seeing the expression on her face
"It's Cal, and your mother, they came to my house asking about you! there roaming the streets looking for you rose! I bought two train tickets for you both, pack your things and get out of here!" Molly said
"Molly, we can't just leave."
"Yes you can Rose, I bought a house for you in Boumont just incase this happened, you have to go."
I turned around and Jack was already packing our things, I ran to grab his drawings and the heart of the ocean.
Those two things would be a dead givaway that we were both here, and together. We all know mother wont take that very well.
"You done yet?!" Molly hollered down the hall "Your train leaves in 10 minutes!"
"Ok, I think I have everything, Jack? You ready?" I asked turning to look at him
"Ya....everythings going to be fine Rose, I promise."
"There's a cab outside, goodbye Rose, I hope to see you again soon, and it's been great being able to see you Jack."
"You too Molly." We both said, then Molly pushed us out of the building and into the cab, then we were off.
when we pulled up to the train station I was about to open up the door but Jack stopped me.
"What?" I asked
"Isn't that your mother?"
I looked out the window and sure enough, there she was, looking around for me wearing that god awful hat.
"Shit." I said under my breath. "Sir? could I but that hat off of you?"
"My hat miss? By all means take it for free." the cab driver said handing me his hat
"Jack, I think I have a large purple hat back there somewere."
"this one?" he asked holding one up
"Yes. Now, put this on we'll grab our bags and we'll get inside without them seeing us."
Thank god my plan worked, they didn't give us a second glance, then we were on the train preparing to start our new life.
