"You're getting up this time I'm not doing it" Harry groaned as he turned over in bed. Louis sighed sitting up rubbing his forehead. "What if it's both of them?" he asked Harry who had curled up in a ball facing away from him. "Then give me one of them but please Lou". Louis groaned getting out of the warm bed, walking into the much colder but definitely not quiet room.

He pushed the door open looking at the two cots trying to see which one of his two ten month old babies were awake. The little girl who definitely looked more like Harry than him lay screaming in her bed. He scooped her up and held her close. "Shhhh" he whispered into her thin hair rocking her. "Shh... come on Darcy please sleep for daddy" he whispered looking over at James who was thankfully sleeping soundly. James looked more like Louis, Harry reckoned he was going to be just as cocky when he grew up.

Louis smiled softly looking at his daughter who was still screaming. "Are you hungry baby?" he asked patting her back. He decided that she was so walked off into the kitchen holding her tightly.

He looked at the time on the microwave. 3:45am. He groaned at the sight, he might as well stay up and let Harry sleep for a bit. He grabbed a bottle, placing the formula into it with his one free arm. He shook the bottle up, dancing slightly with the motion to try and soothe the baby.

To shut the screaming baby up he gently shoved the bottle into her mouth. He prayed that she'd take the bottle. He scrunched his eyes up waiting for her to suck at the bottle. Luckily he felt the jolt, he let out a sigh and walked back to his bedroom whilst feeding the baby.

He stuck his head round the door to check on Harry. He'd turned over in bed and was holding on to Louis' pillow sleeping silently. Louis smiled looking over at him and gently shut the door. He walked back down the hallway and into the kitchen of their big flat. Whilst walking into the kitchen, he tripped over one of Harry's shoes making a slight noise. He held Darcy close making sure she didn't whimper. He breathed out thinking he was safe. Just as he was about to shut the door behind him, the other baby was screaming.

"You've got to be kidding me" he mumbled. He was trying to let Harry sleep because he needed sleep. So he walked into the nursery still clutching his daughter. He looked into the blue cot to see James with his face screwed up screaming. He placed Darcy back in her own cot picking up his son. He placed his hand at the back of his tiny head and bounced slightly hoping that he'd go to sleep.

Louis bounced the baby a bit too much so he was sick all down his shoulder. Louis made a disgusted face looking at the sick then back at his son who was smiling at him. He couldn't help but smile at the baby "you're disgusting" he whispered smiling fondly. Once James had calmed down he put him back in his blue cot stroking his tiny forehead. He quickly stripped off his sick ridden T-shirt walking into the kitchen with just his sweatpants on.

He shoved the t-shirt in the washing machine. He smelt his shoulder which smelt slightly of sick turning his nose up at it. A can of Harry's deodorant sat on the counter so he picked it up and spayed his bare torso. Darcy's bottle was still sat on the side, he grabbed it walking down the hall back into their room.

James was sat up in his cot staring at Louis as he walked in. Louis frowned at him closing the door behind him. "What are you thinking?" He asked. Siting down cross legged in front of the cot looking into his sons eyes. The baby gurgled looking back at his dad. Louis sighed running his hand through his hair. The other baby had started to whimper in her cot so he took his attention back to her. "Come on Darcy please" he soothed picking her up and sitting back down in front of the other cot.

The baby clung to his chest whimpering as he shushed her. "Papa's trying to sleep, so we've got to be quiet" he told the two babies who were looking at him. "Were a team. James, Darcy and Dad. And were going to be quiet for Papa because Daddy can't deal with a grumpy Papa tomorrow" he whispered laughing. James started to cry in his cot setting the baby girl off which he held in his arms.
