Don't be afraid to open up.
Tell someone what's going on.
Keeping it all in you causes anxiety and worse stages of depression.Once you follow the previous advices I've given, you'll feel better about opening up.
Opening up lets some weight come off your chest, and helps you to move on and live a healthier life.
But be careful who you tell. It's better to be someone close to you, and someone you're positive that he/she has a good heart.
Because telling the wrong person might not be the best decision.
We were made to be there for each other. To have each other's back through thin and thick.
So it's never a bad choice to tell someone.
It'll be hard at first, but once you've told once, the second is always easier.
And know that what's happening isn't weird or wrong, everyone goes through things too, it's not only you. It's okay.
So don't feel embarrassed, because you never know, maybe they've been wanting to open up too.
So the point of all of this is,
Don't be afraid to open up, we all go through things, and keeping it inside is probably not the best choice.
