Chapter 9

"What happened Storm?" Gerard asked.

"I went round to Franks because he's broken up with Jade when she's pregnant! So I said that wasn't right and I hit him because I was crying so he tried to hit me." I explained.

"You shouldn't of hit him." Gerard shook his head.

"I'm so sorry. But Jade... Oh my god Jade! Is she alright? Can I call her mum? Oh my god I'm worried!" I screamed.

"It's okay. I understand why you hit him. It's not like it was hard. But anyway, her mums number is in her bedroom." He told me. I hugged him.

"Okay thanks daddy! I love you." I kissed his cheek and ran upstairs. I found the number in her address book and rang it.

"Hello? Who is this?" A posh voice answered.

"This is Gerard's daughter Storm. Jade must have told you who I am. Could i speak to her?" I said.

"Oh yes! Jade's told me everything! Thank you for being there for her, I've been so worried. Yes you can speak to her." She shrilled. She passed the phone on to Jade.

"Hello?" Jade sounded weak and upset.

"Oh Jade. Are you okay?" I cried.

"Ssshhhh! It's okay baby. Gerard told me he tried to hit you." She said down the phone.

"I know. I hit him but not hard. When are you coming home?"

"Ummm... I'm staying at my mums for a while." She whispered.

"No! Come home!" I wailed.

"why don't you come here for tea and a sleepover? Could you bring some stuff of mine too?"

"Yeah! Of course! I'll be round in about 10 minutes. Ok?"

"Ok. Bye. Love you."

"Love you too." I ran downstairs.

"Dad, I'm staying at Jades for tonight." I told him.

"Really? I wanted to stay with you!" Gerard pouted.

"I gotta take her stuff round too! It would just be easier. I'll spend the whole weekend with you. I promise." I held his hand.

"Fine. Text me though."

"Your so over protective. But I love you more than words can say." I kissed him and grabbed Jades things and went to her house.
