Chapter 5

When I woke up, I was in the infirmary. I was confused. I tried to get up but as soon as I lifted my head, pain shocked through my body. I saw Tony and Steve talking in the other room. Bucky was in my room taking a nap on one of the chairs.

"Buck-Bucky..!" I whispered,

"What? What! Oh! Dawn you're awake! Let me go get Steve and your father"

" Wait! Buck, how long have I been out"

" Two days"

"TWO DAYS!?"

" Yeah, you hit your head pretty hard after that phone call"

Phone call..phone call... Oh!

"Logan" I whispered

" Huh? Who?"

" No one Buck, go get Steve and my dad please"

" Sure thing Dawn" said Bucky, leaving the room,

" Dawn! Are you alright?" asked Steve, rushing to my side.

" I'm okay, just tired that's all"

" Do you remember anything?"

" Yeah, The reason why I went into shock was because of the man on the phone"

" Who was it?" asked Steve,

My father was looking at me making sure I was really alright and if I was badly injured.

" His name is Logan, He's my brother" both Steve and Tony's eyes widened.

" Please don't tell me I have another child" said dad, about to faint.

" You don't have another child, he's my half brother. Same mom different dad."

" oh thank god" said dad, putting his fingers to his temples. Steve was still in shock, I could see it in his baby blue eyes.

"I'll be back" said Steve, his voice sounded like he was trying to process everything.

" Steve I-" he walked out before I could finish. My father just looked over at Steve.

" It's alright, sometimes he needs time to be alone." I nodded,

" Plus why don't you get some rest, I'll stay here until Steve comes back" said Dad,

" no, it's alright maybe send Dr. Banner to watch over me"

" alright" said Tony, planting a kiss on my forehead and walking out. A couple of minutes later Dr. Banner came in.

" How are you feeling Dawn?"

" Better I think, kinda tired and my head hurts"

" Don't worry it's normal, now how about you get some rest, don't worry I won't leave the room." He said smiling, I nodded and drifted off to sleep.

Steve's POINT OF VIEW

After Dawn said she had a brother I lost it. We're her family,

I needed to let everything process, I felt bad leaving her without letting her finish talking. I went to my bedroom to think and clear my head when there was a knock on my door.

" Steve can we talk?" asked Tony,

" Uh Sure" I opened the door, he leaned up against my wall, while I sat on my sofa.

" what's up"

" Look I know the whole "brother" thing is shocking it is for me too, but I know you love her and-" I cut him off.

" Tony, I don't want this Logan guy taking her we're her family."

" I know but maybe he just wants to see her"

"Yeah I know"

" Go see her, she's all worried"

I nodded and headed to the infirmary. I walked in I saw Bruce making sure everything was working how it should be. Dawn was asleep, she looked like a little Angel.

" Thanks for keepin an eye on her doc"

" Anytime" said Bruce, He walked out of the room.

It's been two days since Dawn was released and she could walk and be herself again. Everyone was excited because she was feeling better finally. Everyone and I were talking about the new phones that were coming out later in the year when the elevator door opened and a tall man with brown hair and blue eyes, Dawn's faced lit up when she saw him and all she said was
