Real World: Exes

S2 E8: And the Winners are...

Before you read, I wanted to let you know that this is the end. I'm not really feeling this season anymore and I'm getting busier do to playing volleyball and being in the band. I was suppose to have this chapter up two days ago but it kept getting pushed back. Sorry.

The house has been pretty cool considering all the fighting that happened last week. Odell doesn't remember a lot of what happened so we can't really say if Caroline told him some false information or not but she's basically the black sheep in the house.

It's the last week meaning that we find out who are the winners. I mean I believe it's gonna be me and Alessandra but Karl and Trinity are close to winning too.

Orange Team: 240
Yellow Team : 220
Red Team: 580
Green Team: 340

Everyone please head to the back of the house.

Everyone got up and walked towards the back of the house. Outside they saw a big seesaw machine with ten ropes hanging from it. Nadia stood on the other side of the machine.

"Guys, this is the end. After these weeks of completing these challenges, it all comes down to this one challenge. How does it feel?" She questioned them.

Most of the players shrugged, not really knowing what to say exactly. The rest of them just clapped.

"Today, you guys will have to hang from the ropes connected to this seesaw. The seesaw moves and will force you guys to knock into each other. The goal is not to fall because if you fall, you and your teammate are out meaning that you lose the Real World Challenge. Whoever wins gets 200 points added to their total and after the challenge, we'll meet up again and I'll let you know who actually won The Real World Challenge." Nadia explained to them.

They all clapped and cheered, mainly excited about this being over. They walked over to their ropes, that were colored by their teams. Nadia made sure that it was a girls by girls and boys by boys.

"Ready. Set. Go." Nadia rang the buzzer for the last time and the machine lifted the players up in the air.

"Oh shit." Odell yelled, hanging onto the rope.

The seesaw started to move from side to side while going up on one side and down on the other, making the players fall into each other. Trinity, fell into Armani causing Armani to lose her grip. Fortunately, for her, she quickly got it back, keeping her from falling onto the mat that laid underneath them.

"That was a close one Armani." Nadia called.

Suddenly, something clicked for Trinity.

I just realized if I rock into them then they would fall. I'm not trying to be rude or anything but I wanna win this money. It's now or never.

The seesaw  fell to the other side, causing everyone to bump into each other again. Trinity, bumped into Armani a little harder, actually making her fall down on the mat. The buzzer blew and Tyler's rope came a loose from the seesaw and he fell too.

"Tyler and Armani are out. Please, make your way over to the end of the mat, you don't wanna get hit by someone else falling." Nadia said.

It has been a minute and the only teams that are still hanging on are the green, red, and blue team. Of course, Odell's bitch ass made us lose because he bumped into Karl so we're sitting on the sidelines. I know that either Caroline or Alessandra is gonna fall next because they look like it. I mean I did say it's been a minute.

"I don't know how much longer I can do this for!" Caroline screamed.

"Then fall, bitch." Alijah yelled at her laughing.

Caroline's arms began to feel like jelly as she clutched onto the rope. She held on for dear life but that wasn't enough. Caroline's arm let go causing her to fall. The loud buzzer went off and that made Steph fall down right next to her. He was pissed but he didn't want to make her feel bad. By the look on her face, she was already upset.

"Two teams left, who will fall? To make things hard, why don't we shake it up a bit." Nadia pressed a little small button on the side of the stand that she stood next to.

That button caused the seesaw to rock, making the ropes swing and knock the players into each other. Everyone was who still stood was doing well until Alessandra knocked into Trinity causing Alessandra to fall down. The buzzer went off again and Ben fell to the bottom.

The machine lowered, Trinity and Karl down. Once they got on their own feet, Trinity hugged Karl and Nadia began to speak.

"Go inside, clean yourselves, and pack. I'll come onto the intercom and let you know more." Nadia explained.

This is really the end of our season together and honestly, I couldn't be happier. I came here and stirred shit up and had fun too. I don't even care about winning because I had a good time. but I still want that money.

Everyone, Please meet in the living room. This is the final house meeting.

The living room flooded with the ten challengers. Everyone was kind of quiet. It was clear that most people were either nervous, or sad that they had to leave.

"So I'm gonna start with the people who didn't win. When I say your team please get up and go get your stuff because there will be a car waiting for you in the front." Nadia explained to them, "Let's get started. First team to go, with a total 260 points is the Yellow Team."

Tyler put his head down while Armani sighed. They both stood up and walked into their room. Tyler didn't say anything but Armani did.

"It was nice getting to know you and it sucks that we didn't win." Armani said.

"Yeah but it was nice knowing you." Tyler and Armani hugged as they got their stuff into the car.

I had fun being in the house. I just wished we would have won that money. I just wished everyone the best of luck.

"Now, this ends with the top two teams. Both of your teams have been leading the house. Unfortunately only one of you can win. And that team is."

Both teams sat in agony, waiting for Nadia to announce the winner.

"The Red Team!"

Trinity and Karl jumped up and hugged each other as Nadia walked into the kitchen and presented them with two big checks. One for Trinity and one for Karl.

"Congratulations on your win. Here is 500 thousand dollars for both of you, making it one million all together." Nadia hugged both of them.

I am happy for Karl and Trinity but I wanted to win. I feel like all of my hard work went down the drain and that sucks a lot.

We are the champions!!! I couldn't be more happy. I got 500 thousand dollars!!! I'm so thankful that I had a teammate like Karl. This is the best day of my life!
