Sting woke up, his eyes landing on a certain female god slayer's face. Akiko was sleeping soundly, suggesting that she wasn't having a bad dream or maybe having no dreams at all. Either way, at least she's sleeping now, he thought to himself.
He looked outside to see that it was nearly midday. He carefully sat up, trying not to wake up his mate. However, he couldn't even get up due to the fact that Akiko refused to let him go. He was officially stuck. Though, he did take notice that Shiro had seemed to have vanished off somewhere, not that he minded.
Oh man, he thought to himself, before sighing. He looked at Akiko for a few seconds, admiring her beautiful features before snuggling into her somewhat cool body. His head on the crook of her neck now. Might as well enjoy my time. I can't really escape from her iron grip anyway. He felt her shift slightly and lifted up his head to look at her. Her mouth opened slightly before her eyes opened up slightly. She looked down at Sting, her eyes barely able to stay open. Sting couldn't help but think that she was slightly cute, not to mention sexy at the moment.
Sting said "Sorry, did you wake up?"
"Not really," she mumbled, her eyes closing. "Just get to sleep."
The blonde chuckled before snuggling his head into the crook of her neck, her hands gently wrapped around around his head, playing lazily with his hair. Although, they soon stopped when she fell asleep again. He smiled slightly, before closing his eyes and falling asleep again.
---
Yukino knocked on the door, but received no response. Curious, she opened the door, her eyes widened at the sight and she quickly closed the door. Her face entirely red with steam just pouring out of her brain. "Oh my..."
---
Akiko opened her eyes, her mind slightly fogging. She was so tired and still felt like sleeping, it was one of the best sleeps she ever had in her life. She was about to go back to sleep, when she felt someone poke her cheek. She frowned slightly, and grumbled "Go away..."
She heard a low chuckled, before more pokes came her way. "Akiko~! Wake up, pretty please?" a voice said, almost whining.
But...
She groaned slightly, before opening her eyes to see Sting's face, a grin plastered on his face. "Good morning, Akiko," he greeted. "How was your nap?"
"... Good...," she mumbled tiredly. "I want to go back to sleep," Sting laughed before pulling her up to a sitting position.
"You can sleep later. We've got to go on a job," Sting said, her eyes lit up at the sound of job. He chuckled, and ruffled her slightly messed up hair. "Now, come on."
"Ok," her magic power rose up to very high as she stood up, retying her black hair. "Let's go," she said calmly, though her eyes say otherwise. She couldn't wait to go on a job after so long. "Shiro!"
A small white snake slithered from under the door and slithered up to her neck, wrapping himself around her neck. Sting commented with a grin "You literally go nowhere with that snake, now do you?"
She shrugs, "Most of the time, but he does go off sometime."
"Well, I had to. I didn't want to get stuck in between whatever the hell you two were doing," Shiro hissed.
Akiko raised an eyebrow, confused. "We were just sleeping. What's so bad about that?" She asks, completely oblivious.
Sting chuckles at her cuteness while Shiro sighs. Before realising something important. "You slept?" He asks, surprised.
The black-haired female nodded. Shiro hissed "No nightmares?"
She shook her head. "No nightmares," the snake sighed in relief.
"That's good," Shiro smirked, an evil thought coming to mind. "You should just sleep with Sting from now on if you don't get any nightmares. It would be a good thing for you, you need to the sleep," Sting smirked slightly, liking where Shiro was going with this.
"Hmm," Akiko thinks about it, before saying "That's not a bad idea. I should just sneak into his house when he's sleeping," she began walking towards the door.
The blonde chuckles, before pulling her into a back hug. "Or you could just live at my place. Make life easy," he teased, although, he was being serious about it.
Akiko mutters "Doesn't Rogue live with you though?"
"Hehehe," Sting laughs nervously. "Yeah, he does."
She just shakes her head, "Doesn't matter. I'll probably just visit you a lot of times anyway," she said. "Now stop stalling and let's go."
"Alright alright, now need to be in such a hurry," Sting said, following after his mate.
They were soon joined by their good ol exceed, Lector and they picked out their first job together.
Wonder how this is going to turn out.
