I join the others at the pool side, I watched as most of them jump into the cold water.

"Here you go" William cooed, handing Noora a drink from the bar

"I'm so tired" Eva chuckled "The party last night was amazing"

"I think you found it amazing because most of us didn't actually drink" William added

I watched as Chris shifted uncomfortably,my eyes almost burning into his.

"Really? Most of you didn't drink last night?" I ask amused

"Nope"

"Even Chris and that's a miracle" Eva laughed

I am so confused.

"I'm going to get a drink" I excuse myself

He wasn't drunk? He wasn't drunk. Then where the words he said true? I almost cracked last night, I almost told him something. Was that supposed to be some kind of joke?

"Aleena" he huffed, taking the seat right next to me

"So you weren't drunk?"

"I was" he spoke but you could sense the suspicious tone that came along with his following words

"You weren't- Oh my God" I shake my head

"Okay look I wasn't, yes but I only did it to have a laugh"

"A laugh?" I scoff

A laugh huh? Well that doesn't hurt at all

"No-Not in that way, I didn't mean it to get personal"

"What the hell are you talking about?" I question

"I wasn't drunk" he stated simply

"So you made me come to a party in the middle of the night in my pajamas so I could attempt to drag you back to your hut but instead I get pushed into freezing cold water by purpose just so I could hear words that you spoke for a laugh?"

"It's not like that"

"Oh really? Then what is it?" I ask, crossing my legs

"I didn't say those words for a laugh" he blurted

"Then what are you trying to say?"

He looked confident for a moment but then his face completely fell apart as he quickly covered it up with his typical smirk.

"No-no, I actually did do it for a laugh"

"Wow" I mutter

"Don't take it the wrong way"

"I'm not really" I shrug "I mean i knew you where a díck but I never knew you'd scoop that low"

Just as I was begining to leave, his voice interrupted my sudden movement

"You know what Aleena maybe I am a díck but atleast I own up to it, you act like a bítch most of the time and you don't even have a logical reason"
