I couldn't stop my body from reacting the way it did, she knew how to get to me.
"Never," I spat, not daring to look her in her eyes.
"Kaiden, you belong to me, you are destined to be mine," I felt her long nails graze against my bicep.
"Give your soul to me and I will give you all the power you could ever imagine, just give in to the mate pull,"
Everything about her screamed power, danger, and seduction. I could never fall down that road.
