Okay, so the end of this chapter is a little mature, but it isn't too dirty.

I barely slept, for the excitement of my mate next to me was too much for Carter to handle. I must have only got three hours of sleep, although that was enough.

Skylar started to stir, waking me from my short slumber. She kissed my forehead, waking me up completely. "Mhmm, what is it baby?" I asked, half asleep.

"I'm not your baby." She said back, jokingly. She giggled, oh how cute it was when she laughed. I got up, feeling the urge to. I hate being lazy, I have to be doing something at all times. "I have an idea for today, I hope you like it." I told her, ready for her to meet my grandma. "Come on, time for breakfast." I said, starving.

"But I'm not hungry!" She whined, acting like a child. She hid under the covers. It was so cute, I almost wanted to jump on top of her and tickle her until she came downstairs. Instead, I just laughed, enjoying her innocence.

"What are you laughing at?" she asked, muffling her voice in the pillows.

"I'm laughing at you." I said, trying to ignore the growls coming from my stomach. I pulled the covers off of her. She hissed like a cat, and buried herself in the blankets. "If you're not hungry, then you don't need to eat lunch or dinner." I threatened, but wouldn't actually do. She rolled her beautiful hazel eyes. "Come on beautiful, you need to wake up," I demanded softly, pausing to look at my alarm clock to see the time. "It's eight thirty, we need to get ready," I explained, not wanting to waste the day. She pulled the blankets over her head, as if trying to hide from me. "I see how it is. I guess I'll get dressed and leave then," I mused, not wanting her to get the satisfaction of making me crack. I got off my bed, leaving her be. I walked over to my closet, picking out a pair of jeans and a light blue tee-shirt. "You do have to become Luna soon though, darling," I said, not expecting a response.

"But why?" she complained, her voice an octave higher than usual.

"Because you're my mate, and that's just the responsibility that you have to take." She growled. I didn't want to make her mad, it was just the truth. "Come on, it's time to go." I said, gaining an urge to just pick her up. She groaned and rolled over. I walked quietly over to the side of the bed that she was sleeping on. I grabbed her small body, throwing her over my shoulder.

"Ashton! Put me down!" she groaned sleepily.

"Never!" I responded jokingly. She gave up and I took her to her old room, where all her clothes were as of right now. I plopped her down on the bed. I laughed internally at how cute she was as she curled into a little ball. Well someone is definitely not a morning person! I thought, laughing quietly to myself.

I walked over to her wardrobe to get her clothes for the day. I opened the white doors that revealed what I payed for. My eyes flitted to where she had hung her dresses. Oh my organized little mate. I thought, my brain filling with dreamy thoughts. My eyes landed on a light pink dress that had a halter top. Carter growled at the thought of her in that dress. "Pick that one!" he commanded, scaring me slightly. I grabbed the dress, almost ripping it in my tight grasp. I also grabbed a small black blazer so that she wouldn't be cold.

"Hazel, you need to get dressed so that we aren't late. We have important things to do," She growled in response, crawling deeper into the the blankets. "Skylar, I will dress you myself if I have to," I growled, not caring whether I would have to or not. "And I honestly would enjoy if I have to." I finished.

"You perv!" she screamed in response. I laughed, amuse at her sudden outburst.

"I'm not a perv, Hazel you're my mate. You're mine." I said the last sentence under my breath, not wanting her to hear.
