Alexis' POV I rushed through double doors by Joes side, into the hospital. A nurse stopped me outside the emergency room as Joe was wheeled away. I sat down and cried into my hands. I quickly stood up when I saw Zoe, her mum and her dad run down the hall. Zo ran over to the nearest room, obviously looking for Joe. "I-I don't know what happened, I went to his house then I went back later and the door was wide open and he was on the floor, beaten up..." I stared into thin air. Zoe crossed her arms and cried, "well you are a selfish bitch, aren't you?" I was so confused and hurt. I saw police officers walk towards me, I quickly stood up and rushed anywhere but the direction of them. I pushed through doors and doors until I reached the toilets. I locked the door behind me and broke down. I slid down the door and cried harder than I've ever done before.

After a few minutes I heard a constant knock on the door. I ignored it, washed my face and then went out. I opened the door to the two police officers. "We want you to come and make a statement" One said. "Okay" I smiled. I went, made a statement then debated whether to go back to Joe or to go home. Instead I called Alfie. "A-Alf?" All I heard was music blasting down the phone. "What's up, Alex?" "J-j-Joe" "What's happened?" "He's in hospital..." "..." nothing. "Alf?" "..." "Hello?" He ended the call on me. I walked around for a while until my message finally sent out to Marcus. I needed him, I needed to talk to him. I needed to know what the hell was wrong with Zoe. It was so not like her. Especially for her to call me a bitch.
