I was bathing Elle when I heard Danny talking to someone. I couldn't make out who though.
"Danny who are you talking to?" I yelled out.
But I didn't get a response. That worried me. So I tried to clean Elle a little faster. She giggled from the impact.
"Me baby girl." Darren said from behind me. I yelped and jumped a little. He laughed.
"Don't scare me like that. You nearly gave me a heart attack." I said while panting.
Hearing her daddies voice sent Elle into more fits of giggles. She reached for him and he grabbed.
They looked so cute together. I smiled as he dried and dressed her up. He was talking to her the whole time. I loved how good he was with kids. It was amazing.
I drained the tub and left out of the bathroom. Danny was sitting on my bed playing with my computer.
That reminded me.
"Darren my dad said he want be back for a year or two. Soooo yeah." I blushed at the end.
He came out of the bathroom with a serious face.
"Good. That can give me enough time to make a lot more money ta get us out of here. Move to a different state if we have to." He said. "Oh and I don't have work for a whole month. So I'm all yours for the time being." He smiled at me.
I blushed and bit my lip.
"Why don't we all go out to eat. I-i could get to now you guys better. And you can get to now me." I suggested.
He nodded. Danny squealed and hugged my waist. I laughed and kissed his head.
"Lets go to Red Lobster. I've always wanted to go there for my birthday but we never had the money. Can we go now big brother?" Danny asked his brother with an innocent smile on his face.
I looked at Darren. He had this far away look in his eyes. But he nodded and whispered out a yes. Danny squealed again and ran to his brother engulfing him in a hug.
Darren had a lone tear fall from his eye. My smile dropped and I walked over to him. Wiping the tear and kissing his lips.
He had a pained look on his face.
"It's going to be okay." I whispered in his ear. I pecked his lips again and heard Elle Danny giggling.
I smiled at them.
"Lets go." Darren said.
I slid on my Nike slides and bent down to grab my coat. I looked to see Darren staring at my backside with his mouth agape. I giggle and blush at this.
"We should get going." I say.
"Y-yeah. We s-should." He stuttered. I giggled and we all left the house.
I set the alarm and walked over to Darren's car. Once I entered I buckled up and smiled at everyone. This is going to be my first time going out since my mom left.
I was really happy though. I was with my new family. It couldn't get any better than this.

We were heading out of the gated community. My brother brought us over here a couple days ago.
Robin is so nice. And so pretty. Long blondish white hair. Sea blue eyes. And he was thick. My brother was staring at his butt earlier.
Oh! I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Danny Harmony Walsh. My mother told me that she wanted a girl. My original name was supposed to be Harmony Carter Walsh.
She was drunk that night. But I learned something. A drunk person always speaks their mind. And she did. It hurt. But I couldn't help nor stop it.
She would talk so badly about Darren. But he was the one that raised me. She always put me off on him. Talkin bout how he got a girl pregnant. But she can't take care of her 12 yer old child. Come on now.
I played with Dani's hand while we sat back in the back seat. She was so cute. I'm glad he had her. I always played with her while he went to work.
"Danny unbuckle Dani. We here already." I heard Darren said.
"Okay." I said in a hushed tone.
I unbuckled Dani and handed her to Robin. Dani giggled when Robin tickled her stomach.
I looked around the parking lot. No one was really out here. But then this one boy caught my eye.
He had smooth dark chocolate skin. He had shoulder length dreads. Eyes were this sparkling hazel. It wasn't until then I realized he caught me staring.
I blushed and smiled. He smirked at me. I giggled a little. He looked to be a year older than me.
"What da hell you doin lookin at dude?" My brother asked as he stepped up next to me.
"He can look. It's nothing wrong with looking." Robin said winking at me.
I gave him an thankful smile. I looked back to where the boy was at. But I seen him walking in the building with his parents?
He sent me a wink. I blushed and Darren glared at the boy.
"Calm down Dare. You'll scare him away. And we don't want that." Robin teased Darren as we walked into the building.
I giggled at his comment. Darren's grumpy self growled. He stud behind me. This should be a fun evening.
