I kept my eyes on her for at least 10 seconds after her introduction. Until I snapped out of it from the hand placed on my back.

"Hey...." The tone of sympathy.

"Right! I'm sorry... I'm Jeon Jungkook, your...."

"Friend" Mark completed my sentence.

"Yeah.... Friend" I hesitantly cleared up.

She blankly stared at me.

"You sure? That was a long pause" she joked trying her best to change the mood.

I nodded in reply. "Of course, who else would I be?"

"I dont know? My boyfriend"

I stood up and walked towards Mark. Grabbing him by the arm and dragging with me "I don't think I can take this" I whisper harshly to him.

Right before I was about to close the door and leave I looked back at (Y/N).

"I'll see you later" I said quickly.

"Alright." her voice was a little worried.

I closed the door behind me and looked at Mark in the eye. I put my face in my hands and sighed at the newly burned image in my mind. (Y/N). As a person who doesn't remember me? Mark awkwardly stood there looking down on my discouraged self.

"I'm so sorry I thought-"

"Why did you tell her I was only a friend?"

"Test of memory-"

"She can't remember anything! How can you fucking test her memory, out of all the times, now?"

"Look, it'll be alright. We can help her to remember" He said trying to make an effort to calm me down, "ok?"

Those words brought hope for me. Relationships weren't made to be easy, no matter what I'm not leaving her just because she forgot about me. I'm just going to create new memories with her, make her fall for me all over again.

"Yeah" I answered sadly.

[The Next Day]

Waking up at 8 in the morning naturally, I quickly got ready for the hospital. (Y/N) is getting released today and I wanted to the the one there first one there.

I walked down the stairs greeting my mother.

"Morning! You're up early. Are you staying for breakfast?" she asked.

I replied with a quick "no" grabbing an apple on my way out. "I'll be back around 6!"

I ran out to the car parked out front. Igniting the engine with my keys, I wait for the car to warm up before driving.I passed a few houses and a beeper goes off from the steering wheel. Something I hear everyday but keep on forgetting. Annoyingly I gabbed my seatbelt clicking it to the buckle.

"Was this car supposed to be a replacement for my mother?" I muttered lowly.

After a 7 minute drive I stepped foot inside the hospital. The smell of latex quickly reaching my nose. I walked down the familiar hall, looking for her room.

I knocked on the door to her room, but no one answered.

"(Y/N), I'm coming in" I announced.

I slowly opened the door and saw her still sleeping. I guess I am the first one here. I sat down in one of the chairs and felt myself getting kind of sleepy as well.

I forward onto the bed and lay my head on the sheets, and slip into a short slumber.

Only until she wakes up. Right?
