I'll give you a couple seconds to answer this question: why wasn't this book called "Nothing"?
I called it "The Book" because there is something in it, and that thing is nothing. That means that nothing is something. Nothing equals something. Something equals nothing.
You may not find "nothing" in the synonyms of "something" in the thesaurus, but just be aware that nothing is something. It's a huge step in your life. Doing nothing (physically)  means (mentally) that you might be contemplating important things that are a million times -not exaggerating- more important that the things that you might be doing literally. Remembering things that make you laugh, that people out of your world think are "nothing".
That brings us to our next point. Your world. By that I mean your thoughts, dreams, etc. Your world is everything, not in the other case where everything is nothing. In the case of your world, it's nothing but everything. If you show it outside outside of your brain, they turn into nothing. Laughing is nothing. Squealing is nothing. Crying is nothing.
People misunderstand the word "crying" and link it with weakness, but it's actually a strength. Not being afraid of showing nothing, it is.
The same happens with laughter. People think it's just nothing. If you're not afraid of demonstrating nothing, then you're one of the strongest people ever.
