Third POV

"Okay, lets see here-- yes, madam. Please lift your legs onto the table to make yourself comfortable"

The doctor came right on time, despite the time being 5:30am in the morning. The sun was still out, but the sky was turning into a bright mixture of subtle pink and navy blue. David and Alesha were still awake, just to provide support for Amanda and Simon, where on the other hand, Ant and Dec went back to sleep, much to Simon's amusement.

"So when did this issue started?" The doctor asked, taking out the thermometer from Amanda's mouth.

"Last night... we decided to go out to the movies and then we went McDonalds. Alesha assumes that it was the food" Amanda answered in fatigue, rubbing her tummy in agony. The doctor gave Amanda a quizzing look, thinking it was something else.

"A-alright then. The stomach aches are definitely bad, so I advise no alcohol. It's the fatigue that confuses me. You've seem very sleepy, especially since I can detect dark round circles around your eyes-- usually food poisoning causes cramps and stomach aches, around the stomach area" The doctor says suspiciously.

"Well, is there anything Amanda needs to take?" Simon asked, holding Amanda's cold hand. Amanda was coughing a bit, rubbing her eyes even more vigorously than before. The doctor nodded her head at Simon, pulling out her stethoscope. She got the two buds into her ears, lifting up Amanda's shirt.

"Just take big deep breaths" The doctor commanded, making Amanda obey her instructions. She took a few large breaths, making the doctor do some testing on her chest. A couple beats here, a couple beats there, which made the doctor hum in satisfaction. After awhile, the doctor took the buds out, only to get a flashlight and a popsicle stick out. "Mouth wide open, Amanda" The doctor then placed the stick onto her tongue, lighting up the cave of her out to see anything wrong. "The mouth is fine I guess-- but I can tell you will be having a throat infection to the bright redness seen at the back of your throat"

"So its just food poisoning?" David asked, hugging onto Alesha's waist a bit tightly. Alesha gave him a reassuring smile, only for him to kiss her on top of her head in response. The doctor put out his hand and twisted it around, as if it was a maybe. David and Alesha was confused with the doctors response, but Simon wasn't having it.

"What do you mean maybe?!" Simon shouted, not meaning to cause the doctor to flinch. "I mean, sorry doctor but the fact that you're unsure is worrying" Simon whispered, caressing the back of Amanda's hand again.

"She's fine, Mr Cowell-- well, not fine" The doctor then faced Amanda's pale and droopy face. "May I speak to you in privacy?" Simon raised his brows together in confusion, only for Amanda to answer for him.

"Urm sure. Alesha. David. Simon?" Amanda says, hoping she would get the permission to have a private talk with the doctor. The three were unsure about it, but if it meant helping Amanda, they would let it pass. That's when Alesha finally spoke up.

"We'll be downstairs. If you need anything, just holler" Alesha sang, trying to lighten up the mood. She definitely made everyone giggle at her silliness, making the atmosphere a bit more euphoric. Alesha gave me the thumbs up, exiting the door, followed by David (who just slapped her arse quietly. Unfortunately, Amanda saw it). Simon was still holding her hand and he didn't want to leave her alone.

"Simon. Don't worry, I'll be fine. The doctor probably wanted to say something secretive to me" Amanda hushed, planting a gentle kiss on his forehead. Simon felt skeptical about the whole thing, when the doctor then chimed in.

"Don't worry Simon. It's just a few personal questions. I don't want to embarrass in front of anyone" The doctor beamed, showing off his white pearls. Simon sighed in defeat and left the room is silent. He locked the door behind him, making the doctor and I wait for his footsteps to faint away downstairs. "Okay, so first off--" The doctor says, dragging the end of the sentence. "Have you ever got any cravings for anything?"

Amanda though about it for awhile, only to stutter her answer. "I-- well. I've been craving for some ice-cream this morning but I never really mentioned it because it was a bit weird" The doctor nodded his head and made a few knowing sounds, whilst writing in his notepad. "And um-- I think I was supposed to get my period today but I don't have it yet" "Okay, well have you been feeli-" "I don't know!" Amanda cried, as her eyes were getting a bit shiny.

"Of course-- Amanda, I need you to do me a favour" The doctor said, unzipping the bag and revealing a device that she knew too well. "Tell me what the results are..."

David POV

Alesha and I were downstairs making pancakes, along with Simon who was brewing the coffee. Simon knew about the affair they had last night and I was hoping he would avoid the idea of having that sort of conversation.

"So, Alesha--" Simon says, mixing the sugar into his cup of coffee. "What'd you guys get up to when we went sleep?" He asked, sipping his cup as if he doesn't know the answer.

"Well, me and David just watched Ghostbusters. We had a few snacks of popcorn and drinks as you can see" She then points to the dishwasher, which was filled with the bowls that were utilised yesterday. "Why'd you asked?"

Before Simon answered, I interrupted his answer with a random saying. "Amanda's here now!" I say, making Alesha and Simon turn around to the entry of the kitchen. Fortunately, Amanda was standing there with the doctor, all gleeful and nervous. "Oh-- Mandy's here" I pointed out, as Simon embraced her in a hug.

"What's the problem, Doc?" Alesha asked, putting the pancake batter to the side.

"Amanda, here, wants to say something" The doctor says, grinning from ear to ear. I was bemused by the tone of the doctor's voice, as I held Alesha in front of me. She held my arms securely, making sure I never let go.

"Simon. Here, I want you to have this" Amanda whispered, placing some sort of device in his hand. "I knew we always wanted this but I don't know if now is the right time but I will always be happy to be with this one"

Simon glanced into the brown eyes of Amanda, only to look at the token. That's when he gasped really loudly. "R-really? So its not them-- it was me" Simon says, shaking with agitation and anticipation.

"What's wrong Simon?" I questioned, gripping Alesha's shoulder delicately. Alesha looked worried for the couple when Simon then revealed the token. It was a pregnancy test. It read positive.

"I'm going to be a dad!" He shouted joyfully, only for Alesha to squeal in excitement.

I'm not really happy with this so sorry if the ending is a bit crappy. I suck at endings... but I hope you guys enjoyed this! I couldn't stop laughing at this chapter because I found it cringy 😂

If you guys want to request something, I'll think about it. I was gonna do something between Simon and Amanda but there's been enough sexual tension between the two xD

Love you all and REMEMBER...
