Cindy's POV
"Girls." I groaned watching as they both dug in no forks used. Not everything is finger food!
"You two stay put. I'll be back." I eyed them both cautiously, backing out of the kitchen before heading to my office. Putting in the pass code I retreated to my safe heaven kicking the door shut. Flopping unto the couch by the door I groaned staring at the remote that was all the way across the room. So far bruh.
Sliding off the couch I grouchily got up grabbing the remote from off my desk. Clicking a few buttons I watched curiously as multiple screens slid down from the roof. Zooming in on the entrance to the property I glared spotting a familiar detective car a few miles away. Rolling my eyes, annoyed at the situation I smiled watching both my angels run into Destiny's room playing. Making sure no other out of the ordinary activities were happening I paused watching the screen for my bedroom and the office upstairs.
Frowning I sat back down watching as Arch snooped around. Really? I arched a brow at his figure as he poked the walls. For being a mafia leader he's quite stupid most times. But hot none the less. Finally! I cheered as he opened the room.
"What. The. Fucking. Hell?" I stared bewildered as smoke came from the room and he grabbed his watch and a towel. I thought I told those idiotas not to refill the gas tanks. Rolling my eyes as he began to fool around I glanced back at the monitor showing the detective out front at the gate speaking with my guard on duty. Frowning as he let him in, without informing I stood up pressing the button for the intercom in my office upstairs.
"Stop fisgón y get the girls. Des will inform you of what to do, there's been a breach. Do not interfere I repeat DO NOT INTERFERE Arch! I'll inform you if I need help. Des will bring you to the room." I said leaving my gun behind as I grabbed my knife slipping it in hiding. Walking out I ran a hand through my hair releasing a sigh. I need a vacation.
"I swear I'm going to fire that es-"
Stopping as I entered the kitchen I raised an eyebrow at the man searching through my kitchen. Although I gotta admit he looks better out of uniform. Clearing my throat, I watched as he spun around meeting my stare.
"I would offer you something to drink," Not "but it seems you've already made yourself at home."
"Umm...yeah." He said nodding towards me.
"Why are you here? And in my house without my permission at that." I questioned analyzing him.
"You're security let me in."
"Is that so?" I raised an eyebrow at him watching as nodded in response. "Answer the question. As you know Mr Wilson, I'm a very busy person with more important matters to attend to than sit and chat with you."
"Umm..." Looking flustered and he cleared his throat shaking his head as he continued. "I'm just here to ask a couple of questions. It won't be long." For what? As far as I'm concerned I shouldn't even be on their radar.
"Fifteen minutes." I gestured for him to follow me as I spun on my heels and walked towards the office. Hearing the sound of his sneakers behind me I took a right turn and down the hallway to my office.
"Have a seat Mr Wilson." I said sitting around my desk as I faced him.
"Were you aware that your husband had a twin?" Starring at him I raised an eyebrow.
