{Andy's POV}

     I drove as fast as possible towards the tunnel out of the city while CC kept a close eye on Jinxx and Jake in the back. After a long bout of unsettling silence, Ashley finally asked the question nobody wanted to ask. "Do you guys think...do you think he's really gone? Do you think it's really over?" he wondered. Nobody answered.

     "I think he is. I mean, Jinxx's magic is the only thing that can truly rival Control, and Jinxx was the one who finished him off. I think it's finally, truly over. I mean, Jinxx vaporized him!" CC piped up.

     "So did you," Ashley deadpanned, sitting back in his seat with an uneasy sigh, running a hand through his hair.

     I looked at Ash, then sighed, turning back to the road. "I guess we can never be too sure. But if he isn't, and he does come back..." I took Ashley's hand in mine, smiling at him. "...then we'll be ready, as we always are," I reminded him. Ashley kissed my hand, smiling.

     After a while, I could see the tunnel in the distance (and hear Patrick Stump screaming). I kept driving until Ashley asked, "Hey, who's that?"

     I looked around and noticed, at the tunnel's mouth, a person leaning against a black Harley-Davidson. I hit the brake and turned off the car, getting out and approaching the person with Ashley behind me, and CC staying in the car with Jake and Jinxx. The person looked up and smiled at us. I took notice of their appearance- black leather jacket with matching skinny jeans and combat boots, a skeleton bandana covering his mouth and nose, and a black snap-back hat with the word "Doom" written on in red. Under the hat was short, blond hair.

     "You the 'Legion' I'm supposed to be waiting for?" he asked, crossing his arms over his chest.

     "Yeah. Andy, and Ashley. And you are?" I asked, pointing to me and Ash in turn before turning back to the guy.

     "Klassy Kicker. Dr. D told me to escort you boys out of the city and back to his place," he explained.

     "Cool bike." Ashley commented.

     Kicker laughed and thanked him. "Well, we better get going," I said, turning to go back to the car.

     "Hey, hold up!" Kicker called. I turned back and noticed the serious expression that took over his face. "I heard the Fabulous Four and two other gangs of Killjoys were going in to kill Korse. Is he...They do it?" he asked.

     "Korse was killed by Party Poison. He's dead, and they're going after the Director," I told him.

     Kicker sighed and looked up towards the sky. "Thank Destroya. After so many years, he's finally dead." Then, he looked back down at the two of us. "Well, we better get going. I have to get you boys outta here," he said, before turning and climbing onto his bike, revving the engine.

     Ash and I turned and climbed back into the car. I turned the car back on, and followed Kicker through the tunnel and away from Battery City.

     A few hours later, we arrived at Dr. D's place. We climbed out of the car, Ash and CC picking up Jinxx and Jake. We still hadn't cleaned the blood off of Jake's face, which was now drying under his mouth and nose. "Whoa! What happened to them?!" Kicker asked, looking at the two in shock.

     "That is a long story, and I would rather not tell it twice. I'll tell you and D once we get them situated and make sure they're okay," I explained, before following Ash and CC into the office building.

     "Dr. D?!" Kicker yelled, coming in behind me.

     "He ain't here," a voice called out from the hallway. Another boy strode into the room. with pitch black hair, and eyes covered with black sunglasses. He wore a red jacket with black streaks, and denim jeans. In his hand was a black motorcycle helmet.
