Mrs. Gretchen kasi tingu sya itu pesakit sya yg sya harus merawat selama 3 bulan melalui cermin kecil di pintu, I can't see his face. Begitu la kerja sya. Abis seja 3 bulan, ganti lagi orang lain. Kalau dorang okay, kena kasi lepas. Kalau tidak okay kena kasi lagi kaunseling buat kali kedua atau kalau tetap teda perubahan kena kasih penjara selama-lamanya.
