"It's not that even easy to fight him..." Kunikida said before Atsushi and Dazai would leave for their mission.

"Kunikida-kun... Don't worry about us... I'll protect Atsushi-kun from him..." Dazai smiled, assuring that Atsushi will be fine with him. "And besides.. You're the one who chose me and him for the mission afterall..."

"Yeah... You're right... And to be straight forward Dazai... I chose you and Atsushi because you really fit in this mission..."

"Wh-why so?" Atsushi blinked.

"Akutagawa's ability is dangerous... It can really kill hundreds of man in just a second..."

"E-EH?!!"

"Kunikida-kun you don't need to say that... You're scaring Atsushi-kun you know~?"

With that, Kunikida sighed. "My apologies...."

"I-it's fine... Kunikida-san..." Atsushi said as he rubbed the back of his head, laughing nervously.

Dazai smiled. "Don't worry Atsushi-kun... Akutagawa is not that dangerous..."

Kunikida raised an eyebrow. "How could you tell?"

Dazai curved a smirk at his face. "Let's just say that... I've searched about him..."

'Or... I really knew him from the very start before I've joined the agency..'

[ATSUSHI's POV]

We're now at the location for our mission... As usual... I felt a little nervous.. N-no wait... It's not just little... SUPER NERVOUS...

Dazai-san looked at me. I think he knew what am I feeling right now. He patted me at the head."It'll be fine Atsushi-kun... Trust me...." Dazai-san smiled and I smiled back but still I can't stop thinking and sweating about what's gonna happen.

After some minutes of waiting. We heard someone's coming. Dazai-san pulled me behind a wall to hide.

"I think they're here...." Dazai-san whispered.

Wait...

They..?

"There are many of them?" I whispered back.

"Shhh... Yeah there are... Akutagawa bring some of their men at the mafia..." Dazai-san answered.

Hearing that, I started to sweat nervously again. I'm not really ready to fight a guy like him... Just how strong this man is?! Are we going back at the agency alive?!

"I'm not really good in combat... Man~ if Kunikida-kun were just here..." I heard Dazai-san said as he facepalmed.

"B-but why he's not here with us anyways?"

"He's the one who's in charge at the agency for a while... Since Fukuzawa, the president have something else to do..."

"And what is that...?"

"We'll never know..."

I just sighed desperately. "What are we gonna do now...?"

Before I heard some answer from Dazai-san... An explosion occured where we are hiding...

[3RD PERSON's POV]

"Atsushi-kun!!" Dazai shouted as he hugged Atsushi away from the falling wall.

"Itte--" Atsushi whimpered.

"Are you alright?" Dazai asked with a concerned tone, letting go of the white haired male.

"Y-yes... Dazai-san... I'm fine..."

"Every human who's living in this dark world will be perish..." A man in his black coat appeared, coughing a little.

Dazai stared at the man. "Akutagawa eh~?" He stood up. "... Where's the jewelry?"

"Jewelry in exchange of jinko..." Akutagawa answered. "By the way... It's been a long time... Dazai-san..."

"Yeah it is..." the brunette smirked. "And jinko? That's not a nice nickname for Atsushi-kun even if that's really true..."

Atsushi just sweatdropped from what's happening.

"And also... We'll not give Atsushi-kun to your hands... I know you want him because of that bounty that was tagged at his head..." Dazai said as he crossed his arms while the stare he's giving the ravenette turned into a glare.

"You haven't change Dazai-san... You still have this confidence..." Akutagawa smiled a bit. "For an ex-Port Mafia like you...."

Dazai smiled. "Nice seeing you again by the way.... Akutagawa... My ex-subordinate..."

Atsushi doesn't know what this two men were talking about. Not even a single thing! "D-Dazai-san I think w-we must run..."

"We're here to get the jewelry back right? We shouldn't escape from here... We have to fight..." Dazai said seriously.

When suddenly...One of Akutagawa's man fired a shot at Dazai's arm.
