Yoongi's POV

"They should give us extended time seeing as I'm someone of high authority" The lady who was working on the case explains as she walks by my side up to the prison doors.

Once I had told her what Jimin had said to me she looked into a bunch of things and then announced that she'd have to talk to Jimin at once.

"We're here to see Mr.Park" she says and the lady at the window nods and points us to the table and explains that Jimin will be out soon.

"Do you think this will help him plead as not guilty?" I ask. "It depends on what is said and if it's true or not" she says as she watches the door closely.

Soon enough Jimin comes out and is seated at the table.

He looked back and forth between her and I then she speaks.

"Park Jimin, I've been told some things and now I'm here for answers" she says and he looks over at me, fear in his eyes.

"What do you want to know?" He asks, folding his hands in his lap.

The room we were in didn't have any other visitors so he must know this is important.

"I've recently found out that you were indeed there at the time of the murder" She says and his eyes widen as he looks over at me.

"We also know that you mentioned the stabbing. Is it true that you stabbed Y/n while trying to stab the killer?" The lady asks.

"It is" he says.

"So you're saying that when you arrived there was already someone in the house?" She asks.

"Yes" he says.

"Tell me everything that happened" She presses as she clicks her pen down on the table.

"Well that night I was at Yoongi's until around 9:30ish and then since it was getting late I decided I'd head home. When I got there I heard a loud scream and instantly I knew it was Y/n. I rushed inside and found her being held down by a man. I ran over to them and when he noticed me he started to run. He was dragging y/n by her hair and there was just so much blood. I chased after him.. I wasn't thinking straight and I grabbed a knife and went to stab him but he pushed Y/n in front of the knife and I stabbed her. It was an accident. It wasn't supposed to happen. I didn't mean to kill her" Jimin says and my mouth hangs open at the story.

"Where was she stabbed?" The lady asks calmly.

"Her shoulder, I think" I say.

"I don't think Y/n could have died from that unless she bled out" the lady says and Jimin's eyes widen.

"W-what are you saying?" Jimin asks.

"I'm saying that I don't think you killed Y/n" She says and mine and Jimin's eyes widen.

"So what does this mean?" I ask.

"I have to talk to my boss and figure some things out then I should know. Until then I'm going to request that Jimin stay in here until we know for a fact that he is not guilty" she says and Jimin drops his head.

"Okay" he finally says.

"Okay, that's all. Thank you for your cooperation Mr. Park" she says as she extends her hand.

The handcuffs raddle as they shake hands.

"Let's go" she says and I give Jimin a sad face before following her out.

Hopefully now they can know the truth.

I know for a fact that Jimin didn't kill Y/n and we're going to prove it.

I will get you out of here Jimin, just wait a little longer..
