Chapter 5

When me and Kim walked outside, we didn't notice that we had our hands intertwined so when we walked out, everyone was staring at us with awe. We walked up to Hunter and Erin standing in the lunch line.

"Hey guys, don't freak. I know what you're like." I say to then

"Freak? Why would we freak? You're only holding hands with THE Kimberley Jones!" Erin said holding up the line. I don't think anyone cared about the food they just wanted to take pictures of me and Kim holding hands. I could feel all the eyes on me and I didn't like it and I think Kim noticed as she squeezed my hand a little. It was just enough to calm me down. I was looking down at the floor with a smile on my face.

No one knew I was gay apart from Erin and Hunter so doing what I was doing was terrifying me. As far as I was aware no one knew that Kim was as well. I definitely didn't and I think that would have been everywhere. Then Kim decided to do the unexpected. She let go of my hand, climbed up on a table that was clear and shouted something that I would have never have expected.

"HI GUYS, CAN I PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION!" At that moment everyone went silent. I don't think I have ever heard it this quiet it was strange. "There has been something I have been hiding for years and that's saying something as I'm only 16. And that is just simply that I am a big fat lesbian!" after she said that, everyone was clapping and I a few boys were cat calling. I have to admit, I was jealous of her courage. I am so glad she's my mate.

She climbed down from the table and walked up to me and slowly placed her forehead against mine. And the next thing I knew her lips were on mine. God, I love her! When we broke apart from the kiss that was very passionate, we continued to get our lunch. Hunter and Erin were still standing there with their mouths wide open. When me and Kim walked past with our fingers intertwined, I told them:

"Close your mouth or your going to eat flys for lunch," I told them with a cheeky grin on my face. They shook their head in sync and jogged to us.

"So... How long has this been a thing? I mean Kimberley, you've only been here for less than a day and our sweet little Amber has made the moves on you?" Asked Erin. I couldn't say anything about us being mates as Erin was human so I just said.

"Oh... um... Not long. We met in the woods last weekend after I left your's and went home after we were studying for the test the next day. I ran into her by accident and we have been talking on the DL until now. You wanted to settle in have a look around and get lost right, Kim?" I lied. I never liked lying to them but there are some things I just have to hide from Erin as I can't tell her I'm a wolf and so is Hunter and Kim.

"Yeah, I've been here for a month now. I have just stayed hidden. Kept to myself you know?" Kim explained.

'So she is your mate?' Hunter told me in our pack mind link

'Yeah, I really like her.' I replied

'Well, dea. she is your mate after all.' We got pulled out when the line started to move.

The rest of the day went pretty quick with Kim by my side. I could not stop thinking of her. The last lesson was P.E which meant P.E uniform. I liked mine baggy so my uncle got me a shirt a size a bit bigger than my normal size, all though all of my shirts are baggy but still. When we were in the changing rooms, I couldn't help myself. I could not stop staring at Kim. I wanted to bang her right then and there but I had to resist as there were all the girls in my class (including Erin) around us. When we were half way through the lesson, I felt some arms go around my waist and I just knew it was Kimberley as I could for one smell her and for two I could fell the sparks and for three, it just felt right.

"You really look hot in your P.E uniform," She whispered in my ear. As always it sent shivers down my spine. What is this girl doing to me?

"I could say the same about you," I told her leaning into her more. I then turned around and put my arms around her neck and kissed her.

"Are we still on for later?" I asked.

"Yeah. You sure your uncle won't mind?"

"I'm sure. After my parents died, he was there for me. He raised me as his own. I don't see him as my uncle. I see him as my cool dad. And yes I said cool." I told her then gave her another peck on the lips.

"Don't worry he's going to love you. How could he not?"

"GET A ROOM YOU TWO!" Shouted Hunter from a little bit away from us talking to Erin.

"Oh, come on. Surely this is a straight boys dream?" I know that would shut him up as he wasn't out yet.

After the lesson, we got dressed and went to my car and drove home.
