The Bad Horan (Dark Niall Fanfic)

Chapter 4

* KELLYS POV *

"I'll get it." I smiled at Niall as I was getting up towards the door. It's actually been quite the time since we ordered our food. I didn't really mind that our food took a while, I got to talk to Niall a bit more. I tried explaining to him why the project was important but he'd just interrupt and say something completely irrelevant.

Once I got to the door Niall put his arm around my waist and to be honest, I didn't push it away because it felt good there. Once I opened the door though, he kinda hurt me by squeezing my hip a bit too hard, that's when I lightly pushed his arm away. I don't know what happen but I needed to ask him about it.

All I did was stare at him while all he did was stare at the delivery guy. Um... His name is Skylar, or well, that's what his tag says.

"Niall, long time no see. Is this your girl?" I looked at the guy. Niall was glaring at him and I was really confused.

"Skylar please, be quiet." Skylar seemed amused by Niall's harsh reaction. I was starting to get scared and a bit more confused.

"My name is Skylar, what's your name gorgeous?" So his real name is Skylar. He smirked at me, great now add uncomfortable to my list of how I was feeling.

"Leave her alone. Just leave dammit, go back with Todd or something."

"The total is 17.56."

Niall threw a 20 at him and told him to keep the change while getting our food from his hands.

"Niall what was that about? What's wrong with him knowing my name?"

"Nothing you need to know. Don't worry about this, let's just eat and pretend this never happened."

"Pretend that none of that happened? How can I forget unless you give me at least some answers?"

"Kelly, you just met me , you don't need to know everything about me. You'll never need to know more about me."

"What do you mean I'll never have to know anything about you? Obviously I'm going to be curious about some things."

"Well then don't worry about this. Just don't wonder about what I do or who I am. Let's eat and get this over with. Okay?"

* NIALLS POV *

It's been a couple minutes now of just silence. Most sound filling my ears was the light sound of rain.

"Sounds like there's gonna be a thunderstorm. You can't go home in that kind of rain.." She told in her delicate voice that I started to adore. I can't do that though. She's just another girl. Someone who I just have to do a project with. Nothing more.

"I- Can I stay here tonight?"

"Yea, of course but, what about school tomorrow? You'll need your clothes."

"I can always just go back in the morning."

"What would you sleep in?"

"I wear shorts under my pants and I can sleep in that. If you're not okay with this I can just go home."

"No I'm okay with this, don't worry. I guess it sounds like a plan. You wanna shower?"

"Nah, I'll just do that tomorrow morning. We should probably sleep now. It seems like we've spent quiet our time just talking, I'm not complaining one bit though." I felt a smile find it's way to my face. A genuine smile.

"You can sleep in the guest room. If you need anything my room is right next door. Let's go up?"

"Sounds good. Is it okay if I get something to drink first?"

"You know where the fridge is, go crazy." She smiled once those words left her mouth. A small smile, one that was still able to make me go crazy. "I'll be in my room, okay? Your room is the second door on the right. My room is the one before that."

"Good night Kelly."

"Sleep tight Niall."

"I swear to god Todd if you or any of your little friends touch or come near Kelly I'll make sure to make your life a living hell until the day you die."

He had a wicked smirk on his face. I couldn't stand it.

"You mean like what happen to Marie? Shes gone now, she's never coming back. Kelly, she's just behind that door. Don't you dare worry though, Skylar is taking good care of her right now." He laughed, that horrible laugh that I couldn't listen to anymore.

"LET GO OF ME! NIALL PLEASE HELP!" Goodness I can't handle this. I knew should've stay away from her. Neither of us need this to happen.

"I'm going! I promise I'll be there!" my response wasn't as loud as her scream.

"Untie me right now Todd. I mean it, or once I'm out of these ropes and this chair you'll be dead, for sure."

"Oh, isn't that similar to what you told me when stuff like this was happening to Marie? Oh, sweet, sweet, Marie. She was so t-"

"Shut the fuck up. Now." I growled to him.

"NIALL! PLEASE STOP IT SKYLAR, THIS HURTS!"

"NOO! STOP STOP!"

"Niall wake up, wake up!" Someone was shaking me.

"What, oh goodness what's happening?" I wiped the sweat from my forehead. The dream, it seemed so real. Marie, Kelly isn't going to get hurt like Marie. Things are different.

"You were screaming and I came over, I think it was a nightmare. Are you okay?" if only she knew

"Yea, yea, I'm fine. Can you do me a favor?" I practically whispered the last part, I was scared to ask for this favor.

"Yes, anything. What do you need? I'll go and get it. If you need me to. Just let m-" she needed to be interrupted. She doesn't need to worry as much as she is right now.

"I was just gonna ask if you can lay in bed with me for a while. Maybe until we fall asleep? I think it might help."

"Mr.Horan is this some kind of way to get me to sleep in a bed with you?" she's so cute when she smirks.

"Only if you wanna think about it that way." Might as well be playful.

"Okay, nope. Sorry sweetie," one of her eyes closed as she winked at me, "I'll lay in bed though, it's like were having a sleepover. Oh, yay, girls night baby."

I saw her smile at me while I was laughing. Seems like a keeper.

"Scoot over Horan."

"Deal. Would your dad get mad?"

"He's not home until 8. He doesn't have to know."

I put my arm around her. We were cuddling. I was cuddling with Kelly. This was perfect. This wouldn't last forever though.

"Good night Niall."

"Sleep tight Kelly."

Even in the dark I could see her smile. Just for shits and giggles I kissed her cheek. One good night kiss couldn't hurt.

"Watch yourself Horan. That was a nice peck on the cheek though."

I quietly chuckled at her playful tone. I liked this side of her, not the completely serious side. I couldn't wait to meet the other sides that I'll love.

This felt good. It felt right.

( A/N okay don't get confused. Niall expected Todd to be the delivery guy, Skylar, is Todd's friend. Marie is someone who will get mentioned more later. Hope you guys like the story so far. Have a great time ya little goats )
