Alright people. I am only going to say this one more time. C-O-M-M-E-N-T. I KNOW YOUR READING THIS! I CAN SEE THE NUMBERS!

I wake up groggy and need some breakfast. I don't even bother taking a shower first. I stumble to the dining car and find breakfast layed out in a buffet style and I fill my plate with whatever sweets I can find. I sit down to eat, but I basically inhale my food. I'm really glad that no one was in here when I came, because I became aware that I looked terrible.

I sprint back to my room and realize I woke up really early. After scolding myself for such a terrible deed, I take a shower. It feels good on my skin and wakes me up. I quickly get out and get myself dressed. I wear something similar to yesterday's outfit, which has mysteriously disappeared. Lastly I put on my silver ring that is my token.

I blow dry my hair and walk out to go find the others. I find Tullius just siting down to eat. I sit next to him, and he tries to start a conversation. “So Ptawny says we're supposed to arrive today.  Are you excited?”

To be honest, I did have butterflys and I nodded my head. “I hope I just don't do something stupid in front of everybody.” I say. He gives a little chuckle and says, “I'll make sure you don't”. What the heck is that supposed to mean? I don't have much time to wonder because he says, “What do you think the other tributes will be like?”

“I don't know, but I think we should make friends with Fen and Halona,” I reply.

“Hey, this is kind of random but how old are you?” I tell him my age and he nods. “A little young to be volunteering for the Hunger Games.”

“I just want to get it over with and out of the way,” I say matter of factly.

“Ahhh, eager for blood” he retorts.

“Look, do you want to be my friend or not, because if you want to be enemies, I can make the rest of your life miserable,” I say out of nowhere. There's a look of surprise on his face but it quickly turns into a grin. “Friends, I would like to be friends,” he says. I extend my hand and  shake his. “It's settled, we're friends now. We watch each others back no matter what.” I say, staring at him. “Sounds good.” he says, with a soft smile on his face.

Zander steps in at that moment, looking quite rested, and piles food onto a plate. He sits down with us and starts off by saying “Okay, you two better be photogenic or you've already lost. Give me a look that says you're one step ahead of everyone.”

I grin to one side and get a devious look in my eyes. You know, the one I always practice. I knew it would come in handy.

Tullius has some trouble, but gets a look on his face that sends chills down my spine. Mission accomplished. Zander gives a nod of approval with a mouth full of food, and says something uncomprehendable. He swallows and tries again. “We'll be arriving at the Capitol in about half an hour. When we get there, there are going to be a lot of people taking pictures and filming, so I want  you to put on your best smile and wave, or whatever the heck that will win the crowd over.” Tullius and I both give a nod of understanding.

Zander finishes his food and is about to walk out the door when he turns around. “Oh and one more thing, don't get overwhelmed by everything. Meet us in the siting room car in 20 minutes for arrival”.

I have nothing to do so I take my time walking to the sitting room car and stare out the windows. We only go through District 1 on the way to the Capitol because we're right next to it. So the scenery never really changes. I've always wondered what the other districts are like. Are they less boring then this? The must be. Living here is about as interesting as watching paint dry.
