I wore white shoes, and I tied my hair up with a white ribbon. (Unless you have short hair.) I then got into a carriage headed for Montpelier.

Time Skip About Twenty Minutes

I got out of the carriage and looked up at his house, Jesus it was huge. I knocked on James' front door and a man I didn't recognize (Slave.) he led me inside, where I saw James. When he caught sight of me a big grin came on his face as he hugged me "I'm so happy you made it!" James squealed like a child. He grabbed my arm and pulled my towards a dinner table set for two. We did more talking than eating that night, I then realized that I was seriously falling for James. More than before.

****Time Skip One Hour****

James decided to take me home himself that night. As I got out of the carriage, and walked towards my house I heard James say "Oh, wait, Y/N! I need to tell you something important!" "What is it?" You respond. "I love you." He says, his eyes full of happiness and romance. "I love you too!" You happily respond before walking into your house

A/N

First off! June 28th was the anniversary of James Madison's death Rest in Peace, Jemmy!

Second! I'm sorry to say that, this story will be coming to a close soon. SOON! NOT YET!

Third! My friend mimi0105 made a Phillip x Reader called "I Fall Apart." It's a great story, she started it yesterday and has posted two chapters. In it, you are the youngest child of the Jefferson family. Your family died, so it's just you and Thomas. You are also best friends with Theodosia. I think this is my new favorite story on Wattpad, so I recommend that you go and read it because it is really good!

Fourth! As always, thanks for reading!
