"Bye, you guys!!~" you chirp while waving goodbye to your new friends you've made these past several days at school (though you were only able to make friends because of Star and Marco lol). Janna replied with a "See ya!" then pointed finger guns at you while Jackie did a salute before they parted ways towards their homes. When they were out of sight, you let out a sigh that you've been wanting to release for quite a while now.

"C'mon, [Y/n]!! Lez go home!!" you turn to see Star waving frantically while Marco rolling his eyes. You giggle at their childishness. "Alrighty"

At the Diaz household...

After a few days at school, you've grown quite accustomed to it's schedules and systems. Science was a piece of cake, especially about the spider anatomy. But boi who would've thought that Math is such a pain in the butt, endlessly drowning you with homework. Literally.

Your head pops out from the paper monstrosity, gasping for air. Your once neatly combed hair was now disheveled making you look like a grizzly bear who'd just woken up from hibernation, eye bags hung loosely below your eyes from the lack of sleep, you head throbbing due to a brain splitting migraine, and your (dominant hand) having a short yet painful spasm from all the scribbling, so to summarize it - you look like utter shit. (Imma start putting swear words now OwO) The room was silent and only the sound of crickets could be heard. It was almost midnight yet you still weren't done.

"You should really take it easy, [Y/n]," Star says while gently patting your back in a soothing manner which startled you. You pinch the bridge of your nose while letting out an exasperated sigh. "Can't. I gotta pass these tomorrow.." you muttered then followed by a few colorful words which took Star by surprise. She laughed nervously. "It's Saturday tomorrow.."

You crawl under your blankets and snuggle on the comfy mattress, still cursing a few vulgar words. This was the second time that Star had seen your bad side. You aren't really the elegant carefree princess your family thinks you are. Your mother would be disappointed if she saw you in this state. You were raised to be a proper princess as preparation for becoming Arachnee's future ruler, but it can't be helped that you have flaws and there's nothing wrong with that. You also think that being Queen's boring. This was most likely what you and Star have in common which became another reason why you two became close.

So, going back to your bad side topic, the first time you switched to bitch mode was when Tom was being an insufferable prick. Which Tom?

You honestly would have fallen  head over heels for him if it wasn't for his anger issues. That was seriously a major turn off, especially when he hurt Star when jealousy took over him one time.
