Chapter Nine

*Courtney's point of view.*

We got a sitdown restront. It wasnt fancy or nothing, just normal. I thought it was nice though. When we got inside Nikki instently asked for a different table. I wasnt sure on how this whole thing was going to work.

"Courtney, you coming?" Jake said taking me from my thoughts as he followed the waitress.

I shook my head and ran after him.

"Hey punk." He said once I caught up.

I smiled and sat at the table once our waitress showed us which one we would be at.

"Drinks?" The waitress asked.

"Sweetea?" Jake and I both said.

We laughed.

"Alright be right back." She said as she dispired.

I looked around and saw Nikki with Cyndy not to far from us. Then Brandy was over in the corner with Ricky.

"So tell me about you?" Jake asked me.

I smiled, "What do you wanna know?"

"Anything. Something random." He laughed.

"Lets see, Cyndy was the reason im in a band and like all these crazy bands." I started to tell him, "But non music related, im real family ortined. I like the outside. And im a Coffe additic."

"Holy shit. Highfive for coffe additics!" Jake said holding his hand in the air.

I shook my head and highfived him.

"But that is awesome. Family First ya know." He laughed.

I nodded my head in agreement.

A few minutes later, our waitress came and took our order and only waiter twinty mins til we got it brought back.

"You know, I like you." Jake told me taking a bit of his food.

"Really? Hows that going for you?" I asked him laughing.

He smiled, "Hopfully pretty good. Were going to Disneyworld soon. Actual day after tomorrow. Our next day off, wanna come?"

"Really?" I asked him.

He nodded my head, "Yea. It can be a real date. We can adventure out Disneyworld just the two of us. We just have to leave early tomorrow night, thats all."

"Sure I'll go." I told him with a smile.

"Sweet." He said excited.

*Cyndy's point of view.*

"This was fun." I said as we walked out of the restront.

"Your welcome." Nikki said smiling at me.

Jake smiled and put his arm around Courtney.

I thought it was really cute.

Ricky and Brandy were swinging their hands back and forths.

I looked at Nikki and he watched the ground as we walked.

I started humming and singing a song, "This is my last goodbye, this is not real to me, were dead for a day and gone forever. Forever. I am not chasing a savior."

"What is that?" Jake asked me.

I stopped singing and didnt say anynthing.

Brandy smirked at me.

"What was that song?" Nikki asked me.

I took a quick breath, "Its called Final Sleep."

"I liked that lyric." Jake pointed out.

"Thanks." I told him.

"Did you write that?" He asked me.

I shook my head no.

"Who did?" Nikki asked.

"Alex." I said blankly.

I herd Nikki grawl.

"Hey, its a Defile song. Its one of their accustic. And I so happen to like it and them." I snapped.

"Damn." Jake laughed.

Nikki didnt say anything.

Finally, we made it back to the hotel. I seen Stitch and Vincent at the bar in the hotel lobby. I assumed Needles was out getting into trouble with Alex cause I didnt see him either. Aaron was more then likely asleep. Thats what hes best at beside guitar.

"Thanks for taking us out." Courtney smiled at Jake.

Jake kissed her cheek, "Your welcome. Have fun."

Nikki hugged me. Didnt say anything, just hugged, then walked off with Jake.

I shook my head and we went into our room.

Lizzy was on the laptop.

"Whatcha doing?" I asked her as I laid down on my bed.

"Working on writing a song and its coming along great!" She said excited.

Brandy laughed, "No writers block this time."

Lizzy flipped her off.

I laughed, "Whats it about?"

"You." She said blankly.

I looked at her funny.

"I had some help on it too actually." She said smiling.

"Wanna let me see it?" I laughed.

She shook her head no.

"Why?!" I yelled.

"Its a surprize." She smiled. "Plus its not for us, its for The Defiled."

I looked at her weirded out. A song about me? Someone helped her with and its for The Defiled.

Brandy looked at me and laughed.

"Im gunna go find Kyle." I told her as I ran out the door.
