Chapter 1: Man she is HOT!

Chapter 1

"Hey, Alex! Wait up."

I heard a familiar voice call my name across the hallway. It was my best friend David. David was the campus jock. His skin was tanned yet it looked really creamy up close. He had crystal blue eyes and chestnut hair that smelled like honey and lavender. Whenever David smiles, dimples would form around the corner of his mouth. I admit, he was dreamy but he was David. The same David who saw me in my underwear when I was 7, who used to pull my pigtails just so he could hear me shriek, we even used to take a bath inside the same bathtub, we practically grew up together. We lived next door to each other since our family moved here in Brookville when I was 5 years old. Our families are very close so I guess that's the reason why we became really good friends. David was tall and well built so running across the hallway was easy for him. It was like he only took three long strides and there he was, already right there in front of me.

"Hi", I greeted him and gave him a closed mouth smile.

He was grinning at me like a crazy person, so I knew something great happened to him that day.

"What's with you?" I had to ask.

"Nothing" he answered with his crazy grin still plastered on his face.

"Nothing? Oh come on David you could do better than that. We both know what that grin on your face means." I answered him as we both slowly walked towards the cafeteria.

"What grin? This is just how I smile.” he answered me back trying to desperately look confused.

"What grin?” I mimicked him "You look like a walrus that just got a treat for learning to clap his hands."

"You're mean", he shot back and punched me lightly on the shoulder. I stared at him for a couple of seconds before he finally gave up.

 "Fine, I'll tell you when we get our seats." he said, rolling his eyes in frustration.

"So tell me what happened." We were already seated at a table in the corner of the cafeteria. I saw some girls looking at our direction and giggling wildly. I ignored them but David, being the egocentric jerk, winked at one of the hot blondes, eyeing her before looking back at me.

"I bet you 20 bucks I could get that hot blonde over there to do it with me right now in the janitor's closet." he said while giving me a mischievous grin.

"You are such a pervert David. Wait did you just say janitor's closet? That is so disgusting! Who would even dare to do it in a stinky room filled with dirty mops and rags?" I answered him looking really disgusted.

"Oh you'd be surprised at the number of girls begging for me to take them there."

I cocked my eyebrow and shook my head in disbelief. David is handsome and he was well aware of that fact. And he was right, girls really did beg for him to give them a good time. He was a badass jerk with a huge ego.

I snapped my fingers in front of him as he was again giving the hot blonde weird glances. It was as if he was raping the blonde girl with his eyes. It was a miracle that I got his attention; he was so into the whole seduction thing. When he was finally facing me again, I asked him what made him grin so brightly earlier.

"I met a girl", he told me.

"So? You always meet girls", I answered casually before digging my teeth into the burger that I just bought.

"Well she's different"

"Different? How?" I asked nonchalantly.

"It doesn't seem she is affected with my charms. It's like she is abnormal or something." David replied with his brows knitted.

"Well at least that makes two of us", I answered in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Your different Alex, were best friends plus you're an alien. You never fall in love." he answered me as he laughed slightly.

I punched him on the shoulder and I'm telling you I didn't do it lightly. But David just continued to laugh at me.

"I have feelings too, you know, it's not like I'm a rock." I answered him slightly offended. David just laughed harder then after finally calming down, he looked at me seriously.

"Alex, I want you to do me a big favor." David said, no more like commanded.

"And what is that?" I asked, taken aback by his sudden seriousness.

"I want you to become friends with Gayle."

"Gayle? You mean the girl you met?" I asked and immediately David nodded.

"And what good would that do to..." David suddenly cupped my mouth with his hands as he was motioning me to look to my left. And there I saw, in all her glory, Gayle. I was like watching a movie, with her hair blowing out and all the slow motion effects you get when watching a chick flick. She was walking, no more like strutting down the entrance of the cafeteria.

"Man she is hot!" David exclaimed. And that was when I noticed that my mouth was wide open.

Yehey! I finally made the first chapter!
