Austin's POV

Fuck. I messed up big time. I rolled the ring around in my hands thinking of what to do. I'm an actual idiot letting the love of my life walk straight out the door. She was right though, that is no way to treat someone none the less a woman who just so happens to be your fiancé.

"Dammit." I slammed my fist down on my lap and stood up, grabbing my keys and slipping a hoodie over my head before running out the door.

I wanted to call her so bad but I knew she wouldn't answer. Would it be bad if I didn't try? I can't think straight.

"Where would Y/N be?" The question kept repeating itself in my head and it clicked. I knew where she was but even if I went there she wouldn't forgive me. I need some help to make it up to her. I pulled over on the side of the road and dialed Alex's number.

"What's up man?" Of course he wouldn't know.

"Listen and hear me out. Y/N overheard our conversation and me calling her clingy. She left just after breakfast and I knew she wouldn't go to your house cause you're an immediate connection to me. If I'm right, she should be at a park right now with her best friend. I'm scared she going to get divorce papers because she left me with her ring. So I'm calling to ask if you could help me make it up to her." I let out a breath as Alex sighed at the other end.

"You're an actual dick for calling your loving fiancé clingy...but I'll help you."

"Thanks m-"

"Not because I'm not mad at you for making her mad but because Y/N deserves to be happy." It was my turn to sigh and I leaned my head against the seat.

"I know man...just as long as I can have her back again." We conversed and ended up coming up with a plan.

Y/N's POV

It was around 5 and I was still furious over the way Austin treated me. But luckily, I was with my best friend who took my mind off of him while we watched some movies. She's been checking her phone a lot and I'm hoping it isn't Austin trying to talk to her and convince her to let him talk to me.

"Hey Y/N, you wanna go to Starbucks?" She asked.

"Sure why not." We turned off the movie and walked out the door.

-

"What can I get for you two ladies today?"

"Two mocha frappes with whipped cream please." For some reason, his eyes lit up and smiled just like his lips.

"It's on the house." I was stunned. He wasn't...interested was he? I looked over at Y/BF/N to see if she noticed too but she only shrugged and dragged me to a table.

"Wait, don't we have to give him our names?" I asked, still very confused.

"Uh-"

"And here's a mocha frappe for you." The guy suddenly appeared, handing the drink to Y/BF/N with a smile.

"And a mocha frappe, a rose, and an envelope for you." And now the confusion blasted through the roof.

"Excuse me? What is this-" just before I could finish, he simply walked away.

"Just open the envelope you genius."

"Fine fine." I waved her away and started to undo the seal.

'mmm, a mocha frappe!
your favorite on the menu.
I know I treated you like crap
But I hope you like the rose I sent you.
So please carry on
Drink up before you go
And after you finish
Leave to where I first let you know.'
