The Stones ~ Carson

Chapter 13

We are sitting in the waiting room when Liam comes out smiling

"She's perfect" He says we all follow him back to Dev's room and Brett takes her first and is holding her and rocking her and singing softly to her

"someone already has Uncle wrapped around her finger" Carson laughs

"Just like my other monsters" He says giving her a kiss on her small head

"Calling my kids monsters again?" Liam asks

"It was Lyn" Brett says passing her to Brice who laughs

"Ok who am I kidding they are little Monsters but they have older monsters that teach them" Liam says kissing Devs lips

"Hear that Brett we are all monsters" Carson says laughing

The door opens and Evan and Lyn walk in with Eden and Eric and behind them is Dane and Ella and Emily each carrying a baby

"See Lance I am telling you we are over ran by females so we gotta stick together" Dane says to the baby in his arms

"Dane he is going to be a good big brother and couisn he will protect his sisters and his couisn just like you did" Dev says wiping tears from her eyes

"Those where the good ole days huh, no one messed with you for fear I'd hear about it after you beat them up I'd do them in" Dane laughed

-5 months later Christmas-

We were all around the table in Dev and Liams dining room and eating dinner that was made by the B's Carson supervised she is about to pop anyday as is Lyn so they didn't have to do much and Evan and I are pulling our hair out about being fathers for the first time Eden and Eric are so happy to be Aunt and Uncle they got lots of practice with Ash and the twins and Ellie. Eric and James are best friends and do everything together and Eden is close to the B's and Fallon and Lissa and they are better than they were when they first came when Carson figured it all out and they are two happy kids

I think back to my year since I meet Carson who is now my lovely Wife Lyn and Evan got married the same time as we did we had Eden and Eric stand for us and they were so happy

Dinner is almost done when I feel Carson's hand on my arm tighten making me turn to her

"He's coming babe" she tells me I get up to take her out to the car when I hear Evan yell

"Now" He says

He follows me out the door with Lyn

"I've got these two go have my grandkids" Yells Gwen she's become a great help with Eden and Eric

We get to the hospital and we are taken into the same room turns out our doc is the same one that Dev had who happens to be Ella's mom so she told them to put us in the same room

Three hours later I am holding my son Mason, Carson had fallen asleep as did Lyn and Evan sat in the rocking chair next to Lyn holding thier Daughter Carter. They were born two minutes apart Mason being the oldest. An hour later the room filled with family to see the new babies and I got a nice picture of Eden and Eric sitting in the rocking chairs side by side Eden held Mason and Eric was holding Carter. Even thought Carson's family is baby happy they proudly pushed Eden and Eric into the room first telling them that they are the first time Aunt and Uncle so enjoy it then the rest came in to hold thier new Niece and Nephew, I am still thankful that the Stone kids have accpeted all of us into thier arms Even, Eric, and Eden where all welcomed with open arms and when they heard that Evan and Lyn where having a baby two they become her Aunt and Uncle as well no question asked and Brett did come in with two teddy bears One Blue that said Mason and One Pink that said Carter.

In that moment I knew that I'd do anything for my Carson and my Mason as well as this family that have taken us in and made us the happiest that we could ever be and like promised Evan passed his bar and at the begining of the new year will be a lawyer like Dane Elliot has a year left but is so happy that he also has a job waiting for him and he had gotten his wish when Dev went to see him and tackled him in the lobby close to closeing so only Dane Elliot and Evan saw but that was all.
