Natsume looked out of the windows in the train during his way to Natori's house. Because of what happened so suddenly, he forgot to advise Natori so he was unsure if he could find him in his department or no. Nyanko was sitting beside Natsume while the little fox was between the boy arms, but as he keeps approaching to his destination, Natsume started to doubt about his decision.
Could Natori really help him in this matter? Natsume didn't know anything of this youkai and much less the problem he have so, how can he ask Natori for help when he didn't even know what to do?
When he finally arrived in front of the building where Natori lives, Natsume stopped in front of the gate doubting whether he should ring the bell or no. He didn't want to involucre Natori in this problem that can be really dangerous so in the end, Natsume turned around to leave but unfortunately, Natori was returning in that moment.
—Natsume? What bring you here? —Natori walked close to him, a bit surprised for the sudden visitor but when he noticed the strange creature Natsume was carrying he deduced that it was something related to a Youkai— that fox...— Natsume lowers his sight to stare at the fox in his arms before showing that curios fox with two tails.
—I come to visit you because of this Youkai— Natsume said— it look like he had a problem that forced him to escape from his home and I came to see if you can tell me something of this Youkai so that I can help him— port of those word were a lie since Natsume already know that this fox belongs to Shiranui Mountain.
Natori tilted his head suspecting Natsume's words a bit but decided to ignore that. He walked towards the building to open the door and let the boy enter. When they finally arrived at the at Natori's place, Natsume placed the small fox over a table with the hope that Natori will have a little more info than the one Nyanko tells to him; and at the same time, he wanted Natori to check him because he didn't wake since yesterday.
Nyanko lay down not far away from the fox to keep staring at him; beside the characteristic smell from Shiranui Mountain and the smell of another Youkai, the own smell of this fox was so familiar that it started to annoy him because he cannot remember the owner of that smell.
After a while, that Youkai finally opened his eyes and stared at his surroundings a bit confused.
—So you finally decide to wake up, little Youkai...— Nyanko jokes and walked close to the fox. Because of those words said by Nyanko, the small fox looks a bit upset and the apartment began to fill with miasma until the entire room changed; it was as if they were transported to another different place because they cannot see the walls and the ceiling. That small fox turned into a huge beast with two tails and it showed his fangs towards the cat.
—It looks like you haven't changed that vulgar way to talk, Madara...— he growl towards the cat, still angry at him. Thanks to that appearance, Madara finally managed to recognize that familiar smell.
