Sirzechs: Raw are you sure you are well enough to attend?
Raw: even if I wasn't you know I'd saw yes bro.
Sirzechs: it feels good to be called bro again, everyone forgets everything but the fact I'm Lucifer.
Raw: you know I still haven't decided on what my last name would be. Lucifer, Phoenix or a weird combo like Lucnix.
Rias: Lucnix? You serious?
Raw: haha you know I'm not. I'll stick with no last name for now.
(Rias and Sirzechs chuckle)
Serafall: you could always marry me and be a Leviathan.
Raw: you always have been a handful Sera.
(Raw patted her head)
Akeno: are we ready to go?
Grayfia: yes we have kept the others waiting long enough.
Raw: I'm fine trust me.
(They teleport to the meeting)
Micheal: Sirzechs would you care to introduce the newcomer? I sense the power of the last Lucifer within him.
Azazel: I know who he is and I must say it's a pleasure to meet you.
Raw: please there are no need for such formalities. I must apologise for the one time I broke my oath to the Satans.
Azazel: and when would that have been?
Raw: there was an attack on Gremory territory by the fallen angels and I broke out of my holding barrier and destroyed thousands of your kind. I feel that there must be a way for me to attempt to repay the families of those that suffered?
Azazel: that was an attack from Kokabiel so no need for any apologies. However I didn't think that at the age of 10 you could wipe out Kokabiel's elite guard only 50 out of 3,000 made it out alive after you showed up.
Raw: like I said I wish to meet the families of the warriors I killed and see if there are any ways to repay them.
Sirzechs: always the noble one.
Odin: I'm sorry but me and young Micheal still don't know the name of the boy. Sirzechs care to enlighten us?
Sirzechs: may I present my best friend, Raw, son of Lucifer himself and lady Pheonix.
(Raw bows)
Raw: pleasure to meet you all.
Odin: I am the all father of the Norse, Odin.
Micheal: and I the archangel Micheal.
Azazel: back to the purpose of this meeting, it appears that Orphis has acquired the Greek pantheon to aid them in their war against us and this puts us at a large disadvantage in terms of numbers.
Serafall: however I still have Hades trapped at my place.
Azazel: and the most powerful devil to have ever lived has returned.
Raw: I'm guessing you remember what my idiot brother said? I lost my power and now I have to work from the ground up. However I do know someone who I could get to return to her roots.
Rias: Kuroka?
Raw: I know what you think of her but she isn't what you think. She helped me train even though she knew I would never join her and Orphis. Thanks to her I grew much better at taking magic attacks head on and my barriers are also much stronger due to her help. I trust she would join me if I asked.
Akeno: you don't know what she has done. She attacked Issei and Rias.
Raw: for Koneko right? Let me talk to her and see.
Sirzechs: you can try.
Micheal: anyway the purpose of the meeting to we all agree to a defensive pact that if one of us are attacked all others are to help. You all agree to this?
All: yes.
Raw: I will talk with Kuroka after I check on Issei.
(He teleports outside Issei's room)
(He knocks)
Issei: I don't want anyone to come in.
Raw: I'm entering Issei, we need to talk and you know it.
Issei: fine.
(Raw enters)
Raw: you know she loves you Issei.
Issei: she obviously loves you more.
Raw: no Issei, she loves us both with all her heart.
(Raw extended his hand to issei)
Raw: fight alongside me. let's help each other get stronger. For Rias. Don't forget you belong to her as do I. If she says she wants us both she gets us both. Right?
Issei: dammit I was so stupid to act like that!
(Issei takes his hand)
Issei: yeah. We get stronger for Rias and the others. Sorry for acting the way I did.
Raw: no problem would you do me the honour as to test my lowered strength against you?
Issei: sure why not.
(Rias enters)
Rias: Issei I want to say I'm sorry for how I acted...
Issei: no I'm sorry for getting angry at your' decision. It wasn't my place. You might want to get everyone there's gonna be a show.
Rias: what do you mean?
Raw: hmm it's only for me to test my power Issei. I have been extremely weakened. In my current state I am no match for a heavenly dragon.
Rias: you two are going to spar? Raw are you crazy at your power he could kill you.
Raw: don't forget I have the blood of the Phoenix.
Rias: ugh fine.
(everyone gathered outside)
Xenovia: are you sure you're able to fight after taking that hit?
Koneko: you know you shouldn't.
Raw: I know but I need to know where my current limits are.
Akeno: if you get hurt I'll hurt you more and you know I would enjoy it.
Rossweisse: what?!
Kiba: that's one thing about Akeno that Rias didn't tell you I guess?
Raw: yeah saying she's into S&M is an understatement, I would know. Not that it bothers me.
(Raw removes his shirt to reveal a large scar on his chest)
Raw: due to my being a Phoenix I could easily remove it. but it was the only time she ever cut me, that whip was banned fairly soon after use, so I kept that scar for her.
Akeno: and now I can say I'm the only person to ever scar a Phoenix.
(She licks her lips)
Kiba: I don't know if that's cute or disturbing?
Xenovia: I'd say both.
Raw: anyway, you ready issei?
Issei: yeah. Balance breaker!
(Issei is engulfed by the scale mail)
Raw: your breaker is different to what I've seen.
Draig: yes I have taken divine dividing for myself also.
Issei: what's up Draig? Why you here?
Draig: Raw has existed longer than you and he killed my last owner.
Raw: don't worry Draig. It's better circumstances that we are meeting in now. Plus your owner isn't an idiot this time.
Issei: what do you mean?
Draig: my last owner gave all his body but his brain to me. For power. But he wasn't skilled enough and his base wasn't strong enough to use that power.
Raw: he became unstable and allowed father to release me to deal with him. End of story I'm not going into more detail.
Draig: I agree.
Issei: anyway let's fight!
(Raw brought out his wings to show 5 sets of devil wings with flames burning around them)
Asia: wow.
Akeno: they are a sight aren't they?
Kiba: definitely more impressive than Risers.
(Raw charged at issei and tried to punch him but Issei easily dodged)
Raw: you're faster than my wing speed so how about I fly using my energy?
(His wings disappear but he stays perfectly in the air)
Rossweisse: how?
Raw: I'll do a few things you don't understand but I'll explain later.
(A/N yeah this is where it is much more apparent that he trained in the world of dragon ball :) but don't forget he isn't a Saiyan so don't expect him to go SSGSS or some shit, he just learned some moves from Goku and the guys)
Raw: not sure my body can handle this! Kaioken!!
Issei: Kaio what?

(He throws multiple punches at issei which knock him back slightly)
Koneko: Those punches were very powerful, not the punches from someone who could barely stand a few minutes ago.
Sirzechs: he is tougher than most.
Rias: even still he knocked back issei.
Raw: nah I really can't use that for long right now.
(He once again tries to hit Issei without Kaioken but hits a few this time)
Raw: hmm I see.
Issei: you're fast but can you beat this? dragon shot!
(He fires off a dragon shot)
Rias: No!!
Raw: Devil wave!!!
(He meets the dragon shot with a wave of Demonic energy)
Raw: argh dammit! Kaioken!
(The dragon shot slows down slightly)
Raw: well shit.
Rias: he won't be able to hold that!
(The dragon shot powers through the energy)
Raw: aaaahhhh!!!
(He falls out of the sky)
Akeno: Raw!
Rias: Asia heal him!
Asia: right.
(Asia begins healing him)
Raw: hnn... fuck... that hurt.
Issei: why didn't you just regenerate?
Raw: too... argh... much damage...
Rias: both of you went much to far! And will be duly punished.
Akeno: dibs on Raw's punishment.
(She licks her lips and giggles)
Raw: oh dear... it's 1000 spanking isn't it.
Rias: of course. it is the household punishment of devils.
Issei: I feel sorry for you Akeno is gonna go way overboard man.
Raw: I know, don't worry I can deal with it, plus she really enjoys it and that helps me withstand it.
Rias: he used to volunteer himself for this for Akeno.
Raw: it makes her happy so it's fine.
Akeno: oh the things you do for us.
(She bites her lip)
Asia: all finished.
Rias: now bend Issei.
Issei: yes Rias.
(She begins to spank him)
Issei: Ahh!!! Oh god no!!!! Please show mercy!!!
Akeno: now you Raw. Bend for me.
Raw: yes ma'am.
Rossweisse: hmm this is quite strange to see such a powerful devil being treated this way.
Rias: don't worry he doesn't mind he doesn't enjoy it but I wouldn't say he hates it either.
(Akeno begins to spank Raw and he lets out slight grunts as he is hit)
(Akeno begins to laugh)
Akeno: oh Raw I've missed punishing you.
Raw: (sarcastically) yeah... argh...missed you too Akeno.
Asia: I didn't think that anyone could endure that so well.
Kiba: yeah she really isn't holding back.
Sirzechs: don't worry about him he can take it. His fathers brutal training included not showing pain. He is feeling it but he isn't showing it.
Rossweisse: what kind of father does that?!
Serafall: he wanted to produce a devil to destroy heaven. That's why when you talk to him he seems shy and cold. He used to be emotionless. Rias and Sirzechs changed that.
Kiba: damn his past is worse than mine.
Raw: my past made me who I am! Rias gave me purpose and I will fulfill her expectations!
Rias: thank you Raw. You always meet or exceed them.
Raw: those words honour me.
Issei: dude! How can you put up with this?! It hurts!
Raw: I know issei!!
(Timeskip through spankings)

Issei: how's your ass?
Raw: what's your phone battery on? I could charge it In 3 seconds.
Issei: how do you scale you now to yourself at what you used to be?
Raw: I'm about 0.1% and I'd say you are at around 10% in balance breaker so that makes you 20% in juggernaut drive.
Issei: you was 5 times stronger than juggernaut drive?!
Raw: it will take a long time to reach that again though.
Rias: now explain how you powered up in that fight and how you flew without your wings.
Raw: when training in the turtle school I learned to harness my inner energy and focus it to certain points. I force it downwards to fly and use it behind to propel me. And as for Kaioken, I had to die to learn that. I went to other world which is like purgatory on steroids, there I received the training of King Kai who taught me the Kaioken. King Kai's planet has 10 times normally gravity which is not nice I tell you.
Rias: the world you trained in sounds like a weird place.
Koneko: that's for sure.
Raw: I have to agree.
Xenovia: would you be able to teach us?
Raw: flying maybe but Kaioken can only be taught by King Kai.
Rias: anyway used to fighting at this level? Know your limits?
Raw: definitely not used to it but I know my limits. Issei, you are stronger here than in the other reality.
Issei: well that's cool.
Raw: anyway I need to go see Kuroka.
Koneko: be careful.
Raw: don't worry Koneko I got it.
