DURING
When I opened the door, I was greeted with sunlight.
And biters.

Scary looking things.

"Abby. Earth to Abby." A familiar deep voice said.

"Oh hi Dad." I said.

"We need to go get supplies. Remember stab in the head. Stay close to me. At all times." He said

"Alrighty." I said.

We both walk out.

I grabbed my dad's hand.

I stabbed about 5 biters in about 5 minutes.

There were biters all around us.

We only stabbed the ones that got to close.

Eventually, after about a 20 minute walk of stabbing biters, we made it to the supermarket.

We walk in and see a few biters roaming.

Nothing we can't handle.

We both stabbed a few until they were gone.

"Lots go to the food section first." My dad said.

We found the food section.

We found:

Canned foods

Water bottles

Boxed foods

Etc.

We loaded it into our bags. I noticed we need more bags to carry all of this.
"Let's head to the hiking area. Maybe we can find some more bags." I said.

"Good idea." My dad said.

We found one more bag.

Next, we headed to the kitchen section.

We found:

Knifes

Bowls

Plates

Silverware

Etc.

We definitely need the knifes.

I want to know if I'll be getting a gun.

I'm 14.

That's responsible enough, right?

"Dad, can I have a gun?" I asked.

"No."

"Why?"

"WE DONT HAVE ANY!"

"Well, we can go to the gun store..." I suggested.

"Fine." My dad said.

We left the store with all of our supplies.

"Hey um, dad?" I said.

"Yes sweetie?" My dad said.

"Do you know where the-"I started to say.

Something/somebody grabbed my shoulders from behind me.

"Abby!" My dad said.

He run up behind me and stabbed the biter.

Great! Now my clothes are covered in blood! Oh, and so is my face!

"Thanks dad." I said trying to be sarcastic.
