Liz POV

"I really don't think it's my place to say."
"Common Daniel... I need to know who this girl is."
"I'm not really even sure if I'm thinking of the right girl. I don't really know any of his old girlfriends."
I just stare at him. You've got to be kidding me. But I need to know anything.
"Tell me anything you know about her."
"Liz.."
"WHY WONT YOU TELL ME! IS IT REALLY THAT BAD!"

Daniels POV

"WHY WONT YOU TELL ME! IS IT REALLY THAT BAD!" She yells on her knees on her bed. She looks at me with her mouth open and hands out. I just look at her and say nothing. She falls on her back on to my pillow.
"It's really that bad huh?" She says looking up at the ceiling. Ugh.
"Listen liz. All I know is that the breakup was very bad. I don't know what happened between them but I doubt that he would ever talk to her again." She has no reaction to my answer. She sits up and says nothing.
"is that really all you know?" she pouts and looks at me.
"mhmm" i nod my head. i can't let her know what really happened between jack and Amanda. It would be too much for her. Jacks birthday is tomorrow and i don't want to be the one to ruin it.  Liz grabs her bag and steps off my bed.
"Thanks i guess.." She doesn't look at me before she walks out the door.

Liz POV

"hi jack I'm back!" i yell.
"hey! I'm in the kitchen! i made pancakes."
ooo pancakes sound really good right now. and jack makes AMAZING pancakes. i sit down at the island i take a couple of pancakes.
"thank you." i say while poring syrup on to them.
"you are very welcome. hey i saw you suite case not packed. we have to leave in 2 hours."
"yea sorry. something came up i can't make it."
"oh man thats to bad my family really wanted to meet you."
"Yea, tell them next time. I'm really sorry."
"don't be its fine." Jack turns back around to the stove.

At the airport

"Bye! I'm going to miss you! love you!"
"love you too." jack says turning around to board the plane.
"wait." i say and jack turns around.
"yea."
"do you have any friends named Amanda? Because i saw them text you this morning." jack looks confused and goes through his messages. There is no one in is recents named Amanda. or in his contacts. Weird.
"Nope nothing. i haven't talked to one in years. whats wrong babe?" i looked at him confused because i was still trying to figure this whole thing out. why would he be lying to me?
"nothing i just thought i saw on your phone someone named Amanda text you this morning."
"oh okay well never got it." he says putting his phone away. "I'm going to miss my flight and my mom says im not aloud to be late to this one. bye liz." he laughs and kisses my head.
"bye."

i say watching my lying boyfriend go on to the plane without me.
