Harry Styles
You badly need to move on, mate. You can't go around moping because of her loss.
My hands gripped the steering wheel much tighter than before, if that's even possible. These words of advice from my bestfriends have yet again ran across my mind, bringing back memories. Memories that I once cherished, and painfully regretted in the end. No matter how much effort I exerted, how much struggle I've been through for the past month, or how much alcohol have passed through my throat in hopes of blocking out the world and reality, it seems like the memories are engraved in my mind forever.
It's her loss, not yours.
I stopped at the side of the road winded with tall trees, resting my forehead on the steering wheel in exhaustion, and possibly defeat. Sure, I have gotten rid of my eyebags-- or maybe eyeluggages- and my addiction to alcohol, but hell, I can't even get rid of the memories that caused pain to seep in. So much pain.
You need to get away from all the memories, she was just a beautiful mistake, Harry.
I lightly banged my head on the wheel, in hopes of getting rid of the damn headache. I've been getting these headaches for quite a while, probably because of stress and my alcohol intake.
As much as it pains us, you badly need to move out of this place. It pains us even more seeing you like this.
Finally getting a hold of myself, I once again pulled over to the long road, driving to the new house I just bought, driving away from all the memories.
Or so I hope.

After an hour and half of driving and, well, - as much as I want to stop it - overthinking things, I finally reached the estate I just bought. The house was somewhat creepy-looking due to its old - but still durable - state, and probably because of its victorian-style demeanor. It's not the typical large victorian-style houses, in fact, it has the size of normal houses. But when you enter it, you'll never expect to see spacious rooms inside it.
I heavily sighed as I got out of my car, heading straight to the boot of my car, heaving one of my suitcases. I decided to just leave my other belongings for later, as I still need to clean the house. I pulled my suitcase across the pathway that lead to the front door, eyeing my surroundings once again.
Everything looked lifeless - or atleast for me. It is quite evident that this lot - including the house - was not taken good care of. If it was, I imagined this place to be a bit more.. lively. A place that you would certainly treat as your home.
That made me plan to myself to make this place a bit more pleasant to the eye. Maybe, just maybe, improving and fixing this house would make me get my mind off about certain things.
As I unlocked the door, I took a breath before entering the aged house, rolling the suitcase behind me. I placed it on the side of the door before I once again got myself exploring the expanse of my new home.
Home sound a bit odd. I still don't consider this as my home, but I'll have to very soon.
With the condition of the house, being the odd man I am, I still bought it. Well, It is in a somewhat good condition, its just that it wasn't maintained. Plus, I got the overview of the city, the neighborhood is really peaceful, and well, I got a little forest at the side. I consider myself lucky as I bought this for a really affordable price, with the help of the boys of course.
Another thing about this house is that, I find it.. intriguing. I'm intrigued to why was this house sold for an affordable price, it is evident with the condition, but still, the interior is quite spacious, plus, there's a lot of bonuses on the lot.
And what intrigued me the most was the girl I met at the large porch at the back of the house. I perfectly remember what happened, my finger, which I used with a bit force to tap on her shoulder, passed through. But when I put my hand on her shoulder a bit more gentle, it stayed there. But not for long.
She disappeared in the thin air, before I can even talk to her.
That creeped me out, of course, as it was my first time seeing things like that. I don't even know if I was on the right mind at that time, but I'm sure myself I am. And, still, here I am, buying the house like it was the most normal thing to do.
I'm sure as hell you won't buy a house that creeped you out in the first place, right?
But, yeah, in my case, I did.
And at that thought, me being the most not typical and normal person I am, I rushed to the porch once again, hoping to catch a glimpse of the intriguing girl - or ghost.
I'm not normal - and I'm quite sure of that.
[A/N: Quite short, and maybe this may appear as a filler to others, but hey, I don't want to rush things. Vote and comment about what you think. And suggest me someone that can be casted as the girl in the fanfic? (hah I still won't give you a name ;))]
